GoogleI was looking for a very particular property and Faye from Streets Ahead was insightful and really helpful in finding exactly the house I was looking for. Faye was excellent in arranging the viewings in with my limited availability and assisting throughout out the buying process. I am thoroughly impressed and I plan on contacting her again when purchasing my next property in 2017.

GoogleWe have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. During our search we have registered with dozens of agencies, we have called even more of them and even though we found a new home with another agency, Streets Ahead really stood out from the other agents. I almost felt like working with tailor made company - always on our case, asking for more details, offering properties, clarifying, etc. Nothing like that with other agents. You leave your details, but never receive the call back. Vanessa was a star. So professional, helpful and friendly. Her simple words "leave it with me" made all the difference! Thank you so much for your support. We will definitely come back to you in the future. Good luck to you all!

GoogleI can't describe what a great help these guys were in finding us our perfect rental home - Our agent was Lewis Hay and he understood our needs perfectly. He quickly found us the perfect place in a beautiful part of Croydon, which despite living here for 4 years, I didn't know even existed. He was also extremely patient while we were being indecisive and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended!!!

GoogleWhilst I have not bought or sold through Streets Ahead (sadly), I just wanted to say that the company are fantastic and incredibly hard working. I was on my third estate agent when I discovered S.A due to them being very pro-active and putting a slip through my door. I was already committed to an agent so was not then in a position to go with S.A. Despite this, I have had weekly phone calls from Sean Ryan who was very keen to try and get my house on his books when my contract expired. However, due to personal circumstances and just not feeling up to the hassle of starting again with a fourth agent I hadn't yet got round to it. He didn't give up on me though! I received weekly phone calls from him asking how things were going and trying to encourage me to move my house to them. However, the calls were not intrusive; Sean was always really friendly and, before I got round to changing agents, my house went under offer with my existing one. I was really impressed with his tenacity and also by his genuinely friendly and courteous manner; I wish that I had gone to S.A first as I think my property would have sold a lot faster than it did! He is a credit to the company and if all the staff are as hard-working and as friendly as he is then S.A must be doing very well...... I would definitely recommend them and I will go to them first if I ever move again!

GoogleFaye is friendly and personable and genuinely makes you feel like she cares about finding you a home. Dealing with this agent has been a pleasure. Only lost one star for some administrative blips (like getting my name wrong... twice) but I can live with that given how nice they seem compared to a lot of other agents.

GoogleWe had a complicated schedule of 12 properties to get round on Saturday with various agents. Faye bent over backwards to help us out, and was professional and really knowledgable of each property we saw. We've also now seen a few properties with Kai who has been fantastic to deal with and really personable.

GoogleJust wanted to thank the staff at Streets Ahead. Without their dedication and enthusiasm to find a buyer for my property I would have missed out on my dream home. Beware of esate agents like Lauren from Cubbit and West who charged me to have photos taken yet, lied about how many people attended my open day and still didn't manage to sell my home. A special thanks to Faye at Streets Ahead who offered a high level of professionalism, communication and transparency throughout, making the whole process much smoother, and to Ebi and Kye for their efforts. I would definetly recommend this estate agent and use them again if needed in the future.

GoogleDiane is an asset to streets ahead, she has been incredibly supportive and was fantastic in keeping me updated on my sale. She went above and beyond to ensure my sale went through and has that personal touch that made all the difference. Stefan was also very helpful in ensuring that my sale went through and was always able to assist in the absence of colleagues. Regarding viewings streets ahead were exceptionally efficient e.g. the text message and email notification of viewings were faultless. Would use streets ahead again but only if Diane works for them!

Google5 stars to Streets Ahead - Croydon Central Branch and mostly to Sophia Coughlan who has been kind, professional and supporting throughout the searching of a property to rent . It's not easy at all from another country (Italy) and she was always available by telephone and/ or by e-mail for any doubt or question my husband and I could have. GoogleAbsolutely A* Diane was amazing! It was not one of the smoothest processes but she was patient , knowledgeable and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was extremely supportive. As for the company as a whole, well I can see why they are one of the most popular estate agents in the area! They sold our property within a week after previously being on with another agent for 7 weeks. They have our vote! Thank you so much!
