GoogleVery Unprofessional Agency, Loosing time. Very unorganised and disrespectful. They booked 20 other people at the same viewing time as me for vewing the property, and after waiting for her all of this time, we have been told that they do not have the key and the tenant is not in. Horrible experience! If there is less than one star I got to give it I never recommend it for anybody! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

GoogleWe had a very good experience working with Streets Ahead. Although we didn’t find a home in the end through them, the level of service & profesionallism and was by far the best we’ve seen among many agents. Gemma has been behind the search and has continuously kept us in the loop, showing us some great properties. Comparing to any other agent we met, Gemma really showed she genuinely cared by seeing beyond the transaction & building a good relationship. We also met with Lara for a couple of properties, and she’s been just super helpful on all occasions. We highly recommend them!

GoogleJust a note to acknowledge that the customer care that has been invested by Gemma in assisting my wife and I in our property search has been truly thoughtful and refreshing. Though she wasn't able to find us that property, the time, effort, sending numerous properties including calls to see how we were getting on in our search, knowing that there were other estate agents that we have been in contact with, was very humbling. Gemma, expressed good human skills, cared for her clients and articulated very well, a gem indeed.

GoogleFANTASTIC lettings team in Purley, I instructed Natalie to rent my property and she did an amazing job from taking my property on the market until my tenants moved in, (they are also brilliant tenants) ! Jodie was very informative through out the process and very helpful too! I have been a Landlord for many years and I have had very disappointing results from other high street agents I will definitely be transferring all my property's to Natalie and her team! GoogleHi, while renting home at 3 Tenby Court, 5 Moorland Road Croydon CR0 6HA, we have a very good experienced from Hassan. He reached on time on the said venue and showed 5 properties in the span of 3-4 hrs., which we never expected. He took us in his own car while travelling from South to East Croydon. Also he dropped us near to our venue. Hassan has given very clear information about all the properties. we have finalised the property at same day in 5 Hrs, which is due to Hassan only. GoogleHad a very good experience dealing with Streets Ahead, Croydon, when it came to finding a rental property, especially with Hassan. While other estate agencies omitted important information, like the property I was going to view would not be ready to move into until a month after I needed it, Hassan informed me of my options every step of the way and made sure that the places I viewed were ones that were suited to me. I also went through a tough period during the time I was searching for a place, when a close family member of mine was rushed into hospital. Instead of writing me off, Hassan was very patient during that time, not overbearing at all and when I was ready, went to work finding me a place. I should also give a special mention to Vanessa who showed me the property Hassan recommended for me, that I ended up moving into and George for his helping to introduce me to my new landlady. I've also got to thank Hassan again for going the extra mile and helping me to build up the brand new metal and wood bed frame that the landlady put into the property. Thanks Hassan, will definitely recommend yourself, Vanessa and George to my friends and to anyone that reads this. You're all definitely a rare breed amongst estate agents! Regards, Sy

The fact that they were recommended to me in the first place was a strong sign and i would definitely recommend them to anybody else looking in the area. GoogleMy husband and I got a rented flat in east croyden with the help of Streets Ahead.What we liked about the agency was the quality of service provided and their professionalism. We got in touch with their staff member, Mr. Louis Hay who understood our requirements thoroughly and arranged the viewing of apartments exactly according to our needs. It took just a couple of trips from Cambridge to Croyden to find the right place for us.. All in all, our rental flat search was smooth and efficiently done thanks to Louis and Streets Ahead.
