Because of Cherelle Muschette (my property manager), I can completely have peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. No matter how stressful the situation is, she has a “leave it with me” approach which reduces my stress levels a lot. I am also very happy with the Andrew Hylton who deals with problems immediately. Very approachable and efficient. I highly recommend streets ahead

Very good experience with Max in lettings at this company! She found me a tenant quickly after having a not so great experience else where. 1 month into the tenancy and the tenant has been great so far! I will be recommending and using you again.

Couldn't express how grateful I am to the lettings team here in all honesty! They are trustworthy, honest, efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. Maxine kept me in the loop with everything and when she said she had a tenant who would take my flat before it even was marketed I was sceptical but low and behold she came through. She found me a darling tenant just 2 hours after coming to value my flat! The tenant is almost as wonderful as she is! Well done I will be dropping a bottle of wine off for you very soon!

I recently enlisted the Coulsdon branch to sell my property and I couldn’t be happier. Kai and Lee have been absolutely superb, they listened to my concerns and have made the process much less stressful. I really appreciate the time and effort they have put in.

Lee approached us after seeing our house advertised online. He had a buyer ready to view and make an offer on our property within a week, we were dubious at first but it was the smoothest sale we could have wished for. Both Lee Lavender and Kai Searl dealt with our sale and were professional throughout and are an asset to Streets Ahead.

Dishonest people at Street Ahead…

Dishonest people at Street Ahead Croydon. Took reservation fee of £350. The document given clearly says "if you should change your mind and we have already referenced you, we will deduct the cost of £138.00 (Incl. VAT) per tenant referenced and refund the remainder." Didn't get any refund, called and emailed many times.
