Because this is the first time that my wife and I want to buy a house, So we are very confused about many things. Lucy is very helpful to us! She answered our questions with great enthusiasm and patience from beginning to end and met our requirements one by one. I think Lucy even did a lot of extra work for us! We chose Streets Ahead to find our first home together to rent, we first came into contact with Rayaan Hafeez and from the streetsahead group. He was very efficient and just on the second viewing we found a place that ticked all of our boxes. Following this Zeenat Malik helped with all our queries on the tenancy agreement. Excellent service all round.

Me and my flat mate used Streets Ahead when we decided to relocate to Croydon. We dealt with Rayaan Hafeez throughout the process of finding the ideal place with us, he was fantastic in always updating us on the market and went above and beyond trying to arrange viewings that matched our tough work schedule. I contacted Streets Ahead to arrange a viewing for a property. They put me in contact with Weronika who arranged for me to view not only that place, but also a few others in the area on the same day. Following that she was very helpful and responsive. I would be happy to return!

Absolutely shocking customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service.The south Croydon branch were too busy trying to make their next sale or letting to care about customer service. As soon as you sign, they take no notice of your requests.Even prior to moving in there were bad signs with this company. I should have followed my initial reaction. I do not recommend these estate agents.
