GoogleSuper quick and efficient. Alex and Gareth were wonderful in the flat visits, answering all our questions and replying super quickly to our emails. Once we've been accepted for a flat, Emma has been really efficient in finishing the process, and went out of her way liaising with the landlord for a small problem we had. Thank you :)

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Salma Ashfaq from Streets Ahead Croydon Central. Salma was very professional and knowledgable about the area and the property market. In the past two months I had many viewings with Salma who had to arrange at short notice on many occasions; she was very prompt at responding to my additional requests about each viewed property. GoogleMy recent experience with this branch when purchasing a property has been the worst I have ever had. The property was misrepresented from the initial viewing and throughout the sale. The lease details, the position of the seller, the history of the marketing and future timescales were complete lies which were discovered later on. The result of the transaction was that nothing happened for 8 weeks, the sale moved nowhere and the seller ended up reducing his property from 250k to 180k, i can only imagine how much money their client has lost due to their incapability to manage a sale, poor advice and blatant deception. Danny Midani is the branch manager who dealt with the seller, he did not add an ounce of value to the transaction and the lies (it may have been cluelessness) came from a negotiator called Jo. I welcome, with pleasure, a challenge to my comments by streets ahead and have proof of all the above, I will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the company and thankfully another property.

GoogleThese reviews SHOULD be a guidance to help us in choosing an agent to sell or let our property. It does get slightly CHILDISH when people are using it to get back at the agent, because they lost a property for sale or rental. I have dealt with Streets Ahead on numerous occasions which no issue at all, I recommend to all my friends regularly.

GoogleI have had traumatizing experience with them. They offered me a property with no gas connection. They misled me by stating that gas would be installed in 3 hours once I move in. Unfortunately the issue was bigger than three hours as stated. I requested to withdraw the the process, they forced me to still wait and that the issue will be resolved in a day. A day became four days, I was so devastated and requested a full refund of my rent and deposit. The staff started telling stories that well you signed the contract and so you cannot just cancel it. I said how do you expect me to live in a property without gas? Cut story short , this agent is a scum. Up to now am still waiting for my money which they still havent refunded telling me it would take 5 working days. They are so corny and dodgy. As am talking my solicitor will be dealing with my case as they are still holding my money. Theyre so horrible without no sense of humour. How do u expect someone to live in a property without gas considering the weather.

GoogleI have recently had the opportunity to be signed up with Streets Ahead in hope of finding a new property to rent. They are great with updating there customers with property alerts. Jordan was ever so kind to assist me on viewings, but I found elsewhere as I wanted to be closer to Peckham. Thanks Jamie too for helping me in regards to the property's up for sales as I was indecisive with what to do. Many thanks.
