FacebookCallum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). He’s also arranged a temporary property manager while he’s on leave. All I can say is how professional and I won’t hesitate him to manage your property.

FacebookCallum Hayden is very effective and efficient in managing properties, he makes sure he is first point of contact and available for any queries or household issues. His approachable and pleasant personality is what made me easily build a relationship with him. During Covid-19 hes been very supportive and dedicated to tentants like myself and its for that reason why I'd strongly recommend him to anyone.

FacebookIt's a difficult time for everyone at the moment, but we recently found out we had to move flat, which is difficult at the best of times.. let alone when the world is on lockdown. We found somewhere we liked with Streets Ahead and since we reached out to express our interest, the process has been a breeze. Our Lettings Negotiator, Gemma Greasley, has been so helpful. Emails have been conversational and personal, and she's always been quick to respond. What would have been a difficult time has been a breeze. Thanks for all the help!

GoogleMaxime and Charlie at the South Norwood branch of Streets Ahead are professional, prompt, polite and helpful. Most importantly, they found me the ideal tenant straight away. I don't know about the property sales side of things, but they are the best agent in the area that I've dealt with for lettings.

GoogleLANDLORDS BEWARE While streets ahead are a good agency on the whole, there are some major problems that I would suggest landlords stay away from this agency. Firstly the good bits. The lettings team are fantastic! Kunel, George and Alexander are excellent at what they do and I trust them whole heartedly with finding me good tenants. Property management are ok... But high turn over in staff means I’m constantly speaking to someone new. I had good property managers in the past but standards are slipping. Now the major problem... they’re hire a handy man called Dave to carry out work that he isn’t qualified for. He does work which can only be described as a short term fix only for everything to go wrong weeks later. In short he’s a cow boy builder and should not be trusted with clients properties. I assume they use him because he’s cheap. When his work messes up they get property builders in who know just how bad Dave is and they told me they get most of their work from cleaning up Daves mess! So I suggest all landlords to not use fully managed at streets ahead. I recommend them for a find tenants or rent collection only. Don’t let their builders ruin your properties like they did to me!!!!
