Brilliant team in the Liskeard office, Sarah and Trevor particularly kind and approachable as well as patient. Great communication between us and our vendor who was abroad. Cannot say the same about countrywide conveyancing who are the in house solicitors (all on-line from Cardiff)...worked out great in the end but took a long time to get there and expensive...can't help but feel a local solicitos firm would have been faster.
