I would highly recommend this Estate Agent. We are in the later stages of buying a property through them and I would certainly use them again and would recommend them without hesitation. Stratton and Creber handled a complex land sale for my brother and I very efficiently. They kept us fully informed at all times of exactly what they were doing and worked hard behind the scenes to find us the best possible price. The only minor criticism I would make is that we thought that their commission was quite high in comparison with the rate usually charged for house sales. Having said that, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell property.

We put our property on the market around May 2016 this some 19 years after we purchased it via Stratton Creber. The vote to leave the EU was just around the corner and it was thought by many that the housing market would suffer as everyone worried about what may happen. Stuart, Trevor, Milly and Lily never let it phase them and continued their efforts to sell my property. Never at one time was I without potential buyers it was just finding the right one. All the above people remained professional at all times and when finally we found a buyer Stuart and his team guided us through the selling process step by step. We have now moved and are in what we hope will be our last move in our lives. If there was a time that we had to sell again I would go back to Stratton Creber and recommend it to others.
