TrustpilotOne Viewing in Four Months...Disappointing
I appreciate that my Residential Park Home is not a conventional sales prospect for an estate agent, albeit, that it is in an exceptional condition. However, following my meeting with Callum, (Truro branch) in February, I felt confident in Stratton Creber's ability to find me a buyer, or at least to generate a modicum of interest in my property. To say that I am disappointed in their lacklustre performance is a massive understatement.

GoogleWe cannot praise Andrew and Charlotte enough with their assistance in finding a tenant for our property. We were at a loss and struggling with another letting agent, weeks were passing with no progress. What a difference walking through the door of Stratton and Creber and meeting Andrew. He was brilliant, he sprang into action with Charlotte's very able support. The property was let agreed FOUR DAYS later. Wow that's an amazing service. So a big thank you to them. Update 05/12/24 The tenants are now living in the property and have settled in well. We are very happy with how things are going. GoogleI cannot praise Stratton Creber, Liskeard, highly enough. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and efficient. Sue especially, was absolutely brilliant, in my view she went that "extra mile," and "above and beyond the call of duty." There were several extraneous issues and problems which had to be dealt with, some of which were not exactly within Sue's remit. However, she dealt with them, and got them resolved. Moving house is always very stressful. On occasions, I would have a "wobble," thinking that we'd never reach the point at which we are now. But, I was always reassured that we would get there, and sure enough, we have done. I cannot thank the team enough - Finn, Jamie, and especially Sue, for all that they have done. I would definitely recommend Stratton Creber. 😀 Thanks again, team.

GoogleRecently purchased a property through Stratton Creber Liskeard. The service we received from Jamie and the team was impeccable from booking the first viewing right through to completion of sale. Nothing was too much trouble, emails and phone calls were returned promptly, he kept us up to date at every stage without having to ask, Jamie even called us out of curtesy to tell us he was going on leave for a week and advised who to contact in his absence should we need anything. He honestly made one of the most stressful things you can do as pain free as possible. On top of that he was so friendly and cheerful I’ll miss our little catch up phone calls! We’re so grateful and can’t recommend him enough.

GoogleStratton Creber were a breath of fresh air in comparison to a lot of other agents we have dealt with in the past. From the start of our buying process, actually listening to us regarding the type of property we were after, to supporting us through the purchase process itself. Lauren-Jay was a total star and went above and beyond for us on an almost daily basis at one point - pretty sure we wouldn’t be moving into our new home for weeks yet if it wasn’t for her help!
