The help and support I got from the staff at Stratton Forever was excellent . No matter how many times I contacted them there was always someone ready to help. On the rare occasions I left a message on the answer phone I would always receive a call back. The downside was the countrywide solicitors that work with the Estate Agents

Sue and the team at Stratton Creber were fantastic from start to completion, keeping us informed at every stage and chasing up all parties to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, always available or would call back and pleasant to deal with. 5 STARS all the way!

Brilliant team in the Liskeard office, Sarah and Trevor particularly kind and approachable as well as patient. Great communication between us and our vendor who was abroad. Cannot say the same about countrywide conveyancing who are the in house solicitors (all on-line from Cardiff)...worked out great in the end but took a long time to get there and expensive...can't help but feel a local solicitos firm would have been faster.

I couldn't recommend Dean and Jodie more highly. In an industry so renowned for untrustworthy characters, Stratton Creber Countrywide proved themselves to buck the trend. Jodie in particular was an absolute superstar whilst selling my property. She was proactive, helpful and informative at all times. Selling the house was challenging at times, but Dean and Jodie were both fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always available, and they drove the matter to completion, and kept me informed at all stages. A big thanks to the team, who I highly recommend!

We cannot praise Trevor, Sarah and Sue enough for all there professional 1st class service from start to finish. When Trevor came to give us a valuation after another estate agents valuation, Trevor said to market it higher than the other estate agent had suggested and so glad we went with Trevor's advise. We sold our house within 4 days!! We would very highly recommend Stratton Creber, Liskeard. Thank you Trevor, Sarah and Sue.

In our recent search for property I can only be impressed by the the help expertise and suggestions given by Finian McCormick(Truro branch) his tireless work in assisting us was over and above our expectations. Although we eventually found a property through another agent this does not reflect at all on Finian he went that extra mile at that was really appreciated! So well done Fin and if he is a reflection of standards set by Stratton Creber Countrywide then well done to them. Keith Parkes.

We could say the house move was a long drawn out process due to house purchase going through probate. Thankfully Ben was able to keep everyone involved up to date and moving in the right direction. He and the team were very professional and friendly. We have family all moving down in time and we will highly recommended going to see Ben. Thank you.

This review relates to the sale of a property which formed part of the Estate of my sister in law. We had three Estate Agents to View the property and Stefan was far and away the most professional and caring of the three so we decided to go with Stratton Creber. The overall prices was delayed by a number of factors but even though we were not Executors, Ben kept us up to date with progress every week and relays communications from the purchasers. Shame it all took so long but Stratton Creber were professional, helpful and very approachable throughout. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for good Estate Agent in Truro.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end of selling our property. One of the many reasons we went with Stratton Creber was because of the way, Stefan was thorough in our introduction, looking around the property and measuring all the rooms. Other agents didn’t look around the property and couldn’t give proper estimates. Through Stratton Crebers hard work, we achieved our sale and the best price possible. If you are thinking of selling your property, I would using recommend Stratton Creber. Thank you Stefan and Ben!!
