GoogleWe purchased a house in Looe with Martin and Carla . They were both excellent throughout the whole process . The vendor was particularly difficult and without Martins patience , negotiating skills and professionalism we would have pulled out of the sale ( we did at one stage ) . Result was we ended up with the home of our dreams. I would say theirs was the best experience of an estate agent ever, and we’ve used a few !!! You enter as a customer and leave as a friend . GoogleWe purchased our property in looe from Carla and the team at Stratton, they did a fantastic job on the negotiating with the sellers. Once an offer was accepted, Carla chased the solicitors and all parties involved regularly which resulted in a completion time of 8 weeks which is brilliant at this time of year. We would certainly use Stratton again when needed We wish the team all the best in the future

GoogleWe recently sold a property through Stratton and Creber in Looe. Our first contact was with Carla who came to value our property. She was very positive , enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Martin was very patient and assisted us with filling in many forms which seemed very daunting. He was always positive, even when we had our doubts. Sandra too was very helpful. We would certainly recommend them. A nice, friendly and welcoming team!

GoogleAfter a shaky start we have found the customer care from the Liskeard office and Jodie in particular to be of the highest quality.I am sorry that we have, at this time, been unable to complete on 69.The logistics of owning two house 300 miles apart was daunting and too complicated.
