GoogleAfter a shaky start we have found the customer care from the Liskeard office and Jodie in particular to be of the highest quality.I am sorry that we have, at this time, been unable to complete on 69.The logistics of owning two house 300 miles apart was daunting and too complicated.

GoogleI have found the letting team to be very professional. They got a tenant for me very quickly and sorted all the requirements for the tenant and landlord very efficiently. They were also very friendly and responsive at all times. They took the hassle out of letting for me. I'd use them again.

GoogleAs weekly added costs escalated it became no longer viable to let my cottage on a holiday let basis. I was recommended to Stratton and Creber with the view of letting full time, by another client of theirs. . Having the right letting agent is of paramount importance, both for the landlord and the tenant and I have I found the team (Bianca and Tereza) to be extremely helpful and efficient. They have dealt with every aspect of the tenancy promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Stratton and Creber. .

GoogleI used Stratton Creber Countrywide to sell my house in Cornwall and this was not your ordinary sale as I live in California. First, they priced the property to attract buyers and a sale the first week it went on the market. Second, they worked closely with the lawyers to ensure the sale completed and third, they kept me informed of the status of the sale throughout the process. Many thanks to Trevor and his staff for getting this sale completed from 5,000 miles away.

GoogleWe purchased our house through Countrywide and sold it through Stratton Creber Countrywide. Even when our buyer seemed to sit on their hands, our wonderful estate agents made the calls and got the sale moving again. Fabulous company and would highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again without any hesitation whatsoever.

GoogleMy wife and I were searching for a house and most other agents just were not proactive in actually calling us and informing us that a new property has just come on to their books. Madeleine at SC (Truro) arranged several early viewings and was very helpful. I felt guilty not buying a property from her in the end, however, we did buy from another of their branches and I have to say that she and her other colleagues remained both patient and professional at all times. GoogleStrattons in Looe are a very good company to choose from the 4 agents in Looe. They were professional in their dealings and were very good at selling our house in the most positive light. They were well organised in respect of viewings. The very most important thing you need from an agent is for them to negotiate the best possible price for your property and Martin and Carla were superb at achieving this for us.
