Moved into our new home June 2025. Very happy with the house and location . Have found the site team to be very responsive and helpful. Snags have been sorted reasonably quickly including those picked up by a professional snagger (July 2025 ). Couple of issues picked up after this and again sorted within a reasonable time frame.

From start to finish all the staff were a pleasure to communicate with and kept us well informed of ongoing process nothing was too much trouble for them. Even after moving in site staff were all very helpful and cant thank them all enough for making our journey so successful.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, proactive and always there with helpful, clear advice. The whole team was fantastic and kept me regularly in the loop throughout the process. GoogleAVOID!!!! Do not use this company to part exchange your property. I'd been searching for a property for months and finally found one meeting my needs. It was explained to me the sale was a part exchange and the onward would be ready in December-February. It was stipulated there was a deadline to exchange in September 2025. This firstly was unachievable having my offer accepted in August 2025. Ive have extremely poor communication via your part exchange firm 'Property Perspective' never getting an answer from you. The recent news of this may now be a year in the future is honestly disgusting! I have also requested contact from you directly on your website. I will be taking this further to the Property Ombudsman for the waste in my time and legal costs This is extremely poor from you StoneBridge. I'll be shocked if you even reply

Absolutely terrible company - nothing but trouble since the day we moved in - still waiting for snags to be fixed almost two years on (we've given up and fixed many ourselves). The garden floods every time it rains but they refuse to accept responsibility. If I could go back in time, no way would I touch this company!

Whilst the builders have left us more snags than I can count… the customer care team are absolutely fantastic. Ben and Martin are the dream team and I feel so happy to have them here knowing they will do a really good job. Everything is always clean, tidy, and done properly! They’re not bad company either and will aways ask how we are getting on, even remembering the dogs name. Honestly adore them!
