GoogleI sold a house with Spensers Syston in December and have worked with Courtney Higgins through out the process. Courtney went above and beyond. It was a long sale, Courtney’s persistence and outstanding communication made it very straight forward and an easy process. GoogleFrom the moment we asked John to come and value our house, we knew Spencers would be the one to work with to sell our home. John was so kind, listened to our needs and we couldn’t fault anything. Millie and Courtney, what can we say apart from what amazing hard working women that went above and beyond for us! From start to finish, they worked tirelessly to sell our home and once we did, it didn’t stop there. Millie and Courtney supported us so much with the chain we had. They kept the communications open with everyone, working so hard to get answers and results to get our dream home. They were our absolute rock when things became very stressful and there was not one moment where we didn’t have a smile or offer of help. The most patient women we’ve ever known and we cannot thank you enough for getting our home that we really thought we’d never have. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Millie, Courtney and the team at Spencer’s!

GoogleI was waiting for someone to come on afternoon to value my house ready to sell. A girl rang me to say she'd have to cancel my appt as the person who was coming had overrun his last client!! Ok I thought but was dissapointed.. Within half an hour someone else rang me to say appt was cancelled because he was sick...😳 I rearrange d the appt for the next week but on the day I was told it was cancelled again... Enough was enough.. Bye bye Spencer's...

GoogleThis has been the 2nd time seeing Vinny about our mortgage and I couldn’t be any happier with the service that I received . With having a new born baby finding time to discuss all the documents was hard but Vinny always asked what time/dates suited us, if he could hear our little one in the back ground he always asked if she was ok and if we wanted Vinny to call back later . Due to the pandemic everything was spoken about over the phone, any questions we had vinny was always at the other end of the phone to answer the questions. When my mortgage is up for renewal in 2 years time I will be defiantly returning .

We also dealt with Callum at country wide who helped us out more than he will know. Our circumstances changed during the course of purchasing a house and they couldn’t have been better if they tried. My mum is disabled and she ensured everything was in place and my mum Was completely comfortable in her presence. I will Most certainly be using this branch for when I next move house as she made doing more household Paperwork a pleasant experience. GoogleEllie and Tom really looked after us throughout our sale. They were very professional and the communication was brilliant. In fact Ellie did a better job than our solicitor in keeping us updated every step of the way. I did consider some of the cheaper options at the start but have to say that when things didn't go quite to plan, I was glad to have an experienced and professional team like Spencers to sort things out. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
