So I used Spencers for my first property back in 2001, and then ahain now in 2026 for my second property. It was the best decision I have made. The support I received from Spencers, especially Mia was outstanding. I had issues with my solicitors where at times, I nearly called it a day and pull out of my sale and the purchase but the support and help I received from Mia was amazing. If it wasn't for Mia when times where tough through the process, im not it all would of got completed. She is an absolute credit to Spencers and the rest of the guys, really do make a dream team! All the guys just couldn't do enough to ease the issues I faced and I personally thank them all, so much. I would highly recommend Spencers as they give you the personal touch when at times through a process of buying and selling an house, you truly need it! I thank them all, especially Mia 😊

Honestly, the absolute best team!!! We are completely overwhelmed by the outstanding service, patience and reassurance during the selling of our property. I have had many house viewings through Spencers over the pat few months and I have to say a big thank you to Mia Adkin. I met her a few times at viewings and told her what I was looking for. She was so easy to talk too, understood exactly what I was looking for and kept in touch to check in to see if there was anything I had liked or if anything had changed. I have not had this level of care or contact from any of the other estate agents. Thank you for your super friendly and efficient service! I have found the house I was looking for and she was so supportive hearing that too! Shame our conversations have come to an end as I end the search for my new home. What an amazing and helpful estate agent in Lymington. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt daunting, but the team made it much easier to navigate. ​From the initial viewing we had with Mia, she was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgable about the local area. The process ended up being much longer than anticipated after a few hiccups but between Mia and Owen I was kept in the loop throughout and finally received our keys on Friday. They provided clear updates either on the phone or via email and were fantastic at staying in constant contact, which significantly reduced my stress levels. ​They were both patient throughout the entire journey and happily answered any questions and were just genuinely helpful. Spencers provided excellent service from valuation through to completion. Toby’s valuation and explanation of the process gave me confidence to instruct them. When I accepted the offer Millie and Courtney were with me every step of the way, keeping me updated. Being in a chain of 8 I felt in a precarious situation but the oversight offered by them both ensured the chain went through without issue. They were both so proactive in chasing up other agents and solicitors which meant the completion went through quicker than anticipated.
