After a bad experience trying to sell our property with an online agent we were really pleased to have had Spencer in Syston recommended to us. As we now live several hours away, the team really looked after us from the excellent marketing, viewings, negotiating advice as well as helping with local solicitors. Huge thank you to Tom and Ellie who did a great job helping us through what was a tough time. Would definitely recommend them to prospective sellers.
