GoogleVinny was fantastic from start to finish! He helped me and my partner apply for a mortgage to move home as we needed to upsize. The thought of applying for a mortgage is always daunting due to the level of paperwork involved but Vinny always took the time to explain everything. There was regular updates and every time we had a question, Vinny always picked up the phone or replied to emails. You are an asset to Countrywide and we cannot thank you enough for helping! Googlefirst of all they have sided with their own staff regarding a meeting for a mortgage. I attended a meeting with my friend who was a first time buyer, The mortgage advisor took our details and asked what my friend was offered elsewhere and we told him. after this he could not get better figures than what my friend had already got and he stressed it is impossible to get those figures,He was so unprofessional saying he would put his 20 years experience to the test etc. He was very annoying and also told my friend to lower his voice and calm down when my friend was talking in the same tone all the way through and was so calm. he left the family upset. later on that day we went to CONNELS who gave similar figures that we got before which proves that this mortgage advisor has failed to please us at all. Customer is always right?

GoogleThe initial meeting for a valuation of the property was very positive as Tom’s approach was professional without being pushy. The whole experience of selling the house was trouble free and Tom and the staff at Spencers kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI bought a property through Spencers and found them very friendly to deal with. They helped me manage the sale by liaising with and chasing solicitors! Ellie and Vinny were great, with Vinny finding a really good mortgage deal for me, which went through with no fuss. Vinny was particularly indispensable for helping manage the sale with the mortgage provider and solicitors, keeping things moving and giving at least weekly progress updates. He was always someone I could ring with questions.

GoogleHaving had dealings with several estate agents over the years, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by "Spencers". They were one of the most helpful companies I have come across. In particular I would like to specifically thank Alana and Ruth of the Blaby office as they went over and above general service levels in helping my aged father who found everything a little overtaxing. They remained calm, caring and still efficient. Going out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for an old man. I can not speak for all branches, but would expect to find a similar service. Therefore would not hesitate to recommend this company.
