We have had a great experience with Spencer’s . Our house was sold within 24 hours. Lorna in particular was absolutely amazing ,so supportive during a stressful time , very professional and was always on the phone to our solicitors trying to chase things up and done everything she could to try and make our move happen as quickly as possible. Also a thank you to James who stepped in and helped ring our solicitors when Lorna wasn’t available. Was also recommended Demi as a mortgage advisor and wouldn’t go to anyone else now, she was so lovely and efficient.

We have the privilege of knowing Ms Demet Ludlam for the past 15 years, when she helped us out so brilliantly in finding the right mortgage for us. From the very beginning, Ms Ludlam came across as extremely knowledgeable and at the same time a very good communicator and explained us the complex mortgage terminology’s in an easy and understandable format. She has also been very approachable and patient in addressing all our concerns. Through her expertise, we were able to get excellent mortgage deals ever since, which otherwise would have been a very daunting task for us. Since 2010, Ms Ludlam has been our port of call, if ever we needed any further help. She has always been prompt in getting back to us. I really can't recommend the Spencers Blaby team highly enough. Just superb! We had a big ask, needed to sell 2 houses quickly in order to fulfill our family plan to move in together with my parents to care for them. Our journey started with Mike visiting both houses, surveying and getting us signed up, it was his attention to detail and thoroughness that made us choose Spencers. And then on to the team at Blaby, Lorna has been the most incredible support, she got things done when needed and went above and beyond in caring for me during this very difficult time, she is truly fantastic. Jo was also caring, understanding and helpful when I could not get hold of Lorna. James was always calming, measured and helpful every time I dealt with him. I honestly can’t recommend Demi enough! From the very first call, she put me completely at ease and took all the stress out of what I’d been dreading, sorting my mortgage. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me understand everything step by step. Highly Recommended. As with any house sale / purchase there were ups and downs , but when it got to crunch time Lorna and Jo were there to make the tough phone calls and get the job done . Lorna was supportive the whole way through ( even a shoulder to cry on ) and Branch Manager Jo , not only strives for great customer service , but also cares for her staff aswell which is to be commended. Hi , I have just completed the purchase of my new home with Spencer's Blaby. What a fantastic team of people. Courtney was a joy when she did the viewing for my new home, answered any questions if she did not know she found out ! Jo was a fantastic help when Lorna was out of office looking after the clients efficiently in a timely manner. Finally Lorna what a star ! I have never met her but feel I have. Lorna is dedicated to her job and her clients. Lorna was there every step on the way, answering emails and calls quickly where needed. What an amazing and helpful estate agent in Lymington. We bought our home in the New Forest through them and Andrew and all the team at all times were so professional, kind, helpful no pressure but at all times in contact to help us with such a huge decision on the home we wish to buy. So disappointing experience with Spencers. I don't think they are professionals. I don't believe their reviews in Google are true. We had the worst experience like tenants. Katy and Naomi let us down. So the things now escalated to Property Ombudsman. Please tenants and landlords and any other people who are using their services look after your rights! Keep your evidences and report Spencers to Property Ombudsman like I do.

Having had dealings with several estate agents over the years, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by "Spencers". They were one of the most helpful companies I have come across. In particular I would like to specifically thank Alana and Ruth of the Blaby office as they went over and above general service levels in helping my aged father who found everything a little overtaxing. They remained calm, caring and still efficient. Going out of their way to make the process as easy as possible for an old man. I can not speak for all branches, but would expect to find a similar service. Therefore would not hesitate to recommend this company.
