TrustpilotAbsolute Thieves.
Over 2 years since i moved out still have not seen a penny of my deposit. Absolute thieves being incredibly rude over email, anyone working there should be ashamed at what they do to people. I will be taking legal action for far more than the original amount owed.

GoogleSo far, so good...Spencers Blaby recently sold my parents house within 2 weeks of going live online. All the staff are helpful, friendly and determined to help my parents achieve the move they're after. GoogleIf you can help it, please avoid using Spencer’s to buy or sell a house. They caused us a lot of problems when buying our house. They admitted fault for various things that could have been prevented. And the estate agent assigned to our purchase had left during our purchasing process, not surprised at all. They have left a bad impression and I would think twice about using them. Perhaps it was just a bad member of staff and they may be perfect elsewhere but from my experience Avoid

I didn't have a great experience with Spencer's. The photos and write-up about the property were good, and the house sold in just two days, so they didn't have much to do. However, it took over five months to complete the sale, and I didn't receive a single update without having to chase them. I didn't feel that I got any value for money from Spencer's in Blaby.
