I think they pay people on Google to give them five-star reviews. I sold my house with them recently and thought they were terrible. They are up themselves. Please do not use this agent. Use Purple Bricks instead. A friend used them and said they were fantastic.

GoogleI received an excellent service from Spencer’s at Syston. Stuart completed the valuation and listened to my needs and valued the house appropriately for today’s market. Millie and Courtney maintained contact throughout. They introduced fabulous buyers and from offer to completion was 9 weeks. Service was friendly and professional. I would recommend Spencer’s.

GoogleJaishree (Nita) is a warm, approachable, professional person. She has been assisting me with my mortgage, renewals and applications for over 10 years. My loyalty will remain with her wherever she goes as she always goes out of her way to help her customers. I admire her work ethic, her extensive experience and knowlege. She really looks after you A to Z and ensures a smooth stress free process to adequately protect your investment. Jaishree (Nita) guided me through the process giving customer specific advice when necessary and was always available to answer any questions I had, to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her for these reasons. Thank you Jaishree(Nita) keep up the good work.

GoogleSpencers provided excellent service from valuation through to completion. Toby’s valuation and explanation of the process gave me confidence to instruct them. When I accepted the offer Millie and Courtney were with me every step of the way, keeping me updated. Being in a chain of 8 I felt in a precarious situation but the oversight offered by them both ensured the chain went through without issue. They were both so proactive in chasing up other agents and solicitors which meant the completion went through quicker than anticipated. I’ll be forever grateful to Millie and Courtney for their hard work in achieving a smooth sale.

GoogleMillie, Toby and Courtney did an excellent job selling our house. Toby came out to initiate the process, he took measurements and then explained how the process worked. Courtney supervised the viewings and became our main point of contact for enquiries. She worked very hard and efficiently. Millie was excellent passing on updates etc if Courtney was not available. GoogleI cannot praise Spencer's estate agents in Syston enough, in particular Millie Thacker for a fantastic property management service. I live 200 miles from my father's house and when he had to go into a care home, I asked Spencer's to look after the property by doing weekly inspections - a requirement of the insurance company. Millie and her colleague Courtney went way above and beyond expectations, not only doing the inspections but also letting people in that needed access, sorting out mail and scanning important stuff to me, even removing a key safe for me (well done with the screw driver Courtney!), etc. They have taken away a huge amount of stress over the last few months and have been professional but are also very friendly and lovely people. Millie clearly knows her stuff when it comes to property and I would have no hesitation recommending her and Spencer's to anyone looking for an excellent service. Thank you.

GoogleOur initial dealings with spencers was very poor. Dealing with the manager ,who then left. Emma then took over our sale and was brilliant. Kept us up to date constantly and was very professional friendly and astute. If you use spencers blaby ask for emma !

She has kept me appraised from start to finish on the sale of a property which is 80+ miles away from where I currently live and has had its challenges along the way. Nothing has been too much and for every question I have raised, Emma was always willing to go the extra mile and advise on all the information required. As a seller I have no doubt been very annoying, however Emma has always been friendly, polite, understanding and very diligent and professional which created for me the perfect package. Over a Month perior the renewal of the tenancy agreement I have asked about my new rent which they stated that will rise from 505 to 525 nothing suprising there so far, but after weeks of waiting I have contacted them again to ask for my TA reneval and they did it 2 working days before the Agreement Expires the rent was risen to 590 and on top of that they had the audicity to lie to me over the phone that once I sign the contract I am NOT allowed to leave the property with 1 month notice and have to stay till thecontract expire. Avoid the company Not To Be Trusted.

GoogleWas seen by Paresh Patel. Very kind and professional. Loved working with him and was always informative which was ideal for me as I am a curious person and new to the property ladder. I have previously spoken to other Mortgage brokers but decided to go with Paresh Patel as he had in depth knowledge of mortgages and insurances. Was not forced or pushed to take on particular services like other mortgage brokers tend to do. Paresh guided me well and made sure I had the best offer available. Furthermore, he was still in contact with me throughout the whole purchase process even though he had completed his part of the process. Lastly, he was understanding of my circumstance as I was in a rush to get a property in a specific amount of time. Therefore, he worked in a timely manner to submit the mortgage offer and constantly checked up on the lender for feedback. Overall, I felt that Paresh Patel was dedicated to his work and has a true passion in what he does. He has years of valuable experience and would definitely be able to advice anyone, no matter which stage you are at. I would definitely recommend to take Paresh Patel as your mortgage broker and you would not regret it. Absolutely amazing guy.
