Victoria and Andrea in the Ingleby Branch were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were first time buyers with atrocious solicitors in which Andrea and Victoria were extremely patient with us, understood our frustrations and constantly kept us in the loop of what was going on. Can’t fault the service at all and were also very accommodating with follow up viewings to show our families and listening to us moan!Thank you so much for all your hard work, and I’d definitely recommend using their service.

JOY AT THE DARLINGTON OFFICE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS ANSWERED QUERIES/PROBLEMS STRAIGHT AWAY, SHE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR BUSINESS. ONLY PROBKEM IS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO FETCH THE SALE BOARD WHICH IS AT THE FRONT OF OUR NEW HOME BUT APPARENTLY THEY TRIED TWICE AND COULDN'T FIND, TOLD JOY TO GET THEM AN APPOINTMENT WITH SPECSAVERS.

Amazing Service. We would like to thank Elaine and all the staff at ribinsons marton middlesbrough for the exceptional service we received from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and we were kept upto date weekly for piece of mind. Buying and selling a home can be stressful at the best of times but it was made so much easier with the help of robinsons staff. Please do not look anywhere else for an estate agent. Terrible estate agent i had to deal with which should be avoided. Lies after lies they make things up their self instead of getting information from other party. They don't care what your health status is as to them money matters not you.
