I had a disappointing experience with Sinclair Hammelton. The team came across as quite disorganised and inattentive. In particular, Renai was late to my viewing and seemed disengaged throughout. Communication was poor; she often failed to reach out as agreed, and when concerns were raised, she was defensive rather than receptive. Misty, whom I believe is the manager, was also meant to follow up with me but took a day off without any notification. While everyone is entitled to time off, a simple courtesy message would have prevented unnecessary confusion on my part. James was somewhat clearer to deal with and was the only team member who apologised when issues arose. However, even he did not proactively provide updates, and I found myself having to chase for information throughout the process. Overall, I felt the team was quite thoughtless in their approach. I have since moved to another agency, where I have been consistently kept in the loop without having to follow up myself, something I particularly appreciated after my experience with Sinclair Hammelton.

Not a bad little estate agents their hours on the On one of the doors that come near the station are out of date. So people may waste their time coming down on a sunday, Other than that, it looks very clean. It could do with a scratch removal company. Come and have a look at the side windows, and also they do leave.Some keys laying around on Desks They do have a tag on I could not see clearly whether it had the address or not I will, of course. Add some photos as usual.

Having tried two other estate agents over the past two years I was about to give up selling our house in Orpington I Popped in to see Joshua Hillier-Dunstall for advice as I thought it was the wrong time of year to sell a house and not wanting ours to go stale on the Market as its been on for two years . Joshua Hillier-Dunstall was brilliant he explained to me its a lovely house and needs to be Marketed Properly to the right buyers and he could sell my house within two weeks. I was still not convinced but he said to me that they have all the risks and I have nothing to loose, I was impressed with his Enthusiasm I agreed to sign up and it was back on the Market withing days and we accepted a offer on the third week and have now completed .
