The service we received from the team was excellent. As well as doing their job in a very professional way they went above and beyond to offer advice and support when needed. Unlike other estate agents our agent took the time to really figure out what we were looking forward even before we knew it ourselves. They did not waste our time with pointless properties once our aim was clear. Our agent was Matt and he was excellent, friendly and reliable. Buying our first home

From the onset of our property search, we liaised with Matt at Sinclair Hammelton to view a number of property's eith our desired location. After missing out on a property slightly out of our budget I received a call from Matt to give me a heads up that they have just got a property coming onto the market which suits our criteria. We viewed it immediately and made an offer which was accepted. Throughout the process Matt constantly provided us with any requested information and updates on the process. A brilliant experience

We recently completed on a property in Bromley and had a brilliant experience with Sinclair Hammelton and in particular, Matthew, who gave us a really professional and wonderfully helpful experience. It was a brilliant experience working with Matt, going to viewings with him and getting answers to the questions we had (which was never too much trouble!). Matt communicated with us often and is a real people person and you could see he had developed really good relationships with sellers of properties, he kept us in the loop with things so we knew what was happening and when and so we felt in very safe hands. Purchase of family home

I have dealt with a number of leading agents and none of them have come close to Sinclair Hammelton. From the viewing to the point of picking up the keys I was always provided with excellent customer service. I was put first and no request was too much to deal with. The honest approach was evident from the start and this meant the transaction ran smoothly. The previous agent selling the property struggled for 6 months as their attitude towards customer service was poor. I asked for a viewing and was put off meaning they lost a sale. Upon being marketed with Sinclair Hammelton the property was sold to me within 9 weeks of viewing and that was with Christmas in between. I would not hesitate in recommending this agent to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. All my dealings were with Natalie Lazzam who was most helpful and knowledgable throughout the process. Nice, but not sure I fully trust them

We put in an offer which was accepted on a house that was for sale through Sinclair Hammelton in July 2016. The agents we dealt with were very helpful and in fact we viewed a few houses listed with them. After our offer was accepted we spent the next two months trying to arrange for a follow-up viewing as we progressed with the sale of our property. We kept being told "there's no rush, just get on with selling yours." Fair enough. Then on the 12th of September, the agent informed us another buyer had come forward and was willing and able to mov quicker. This was without any invitation to us to make a better offer or move quicker. My suspicions of the agent withholding the truth from us was confirmed when I recently discovered the sale was completed on the 3rd of October for a price that was £5k less that was my wife and I had offered. The sale must have already been in progress before the agent told us the truth as three weeks is too little time to complete the sale. Sinclair Hammelton may come across well but as a buyer I simply wouldn't trust them.

Matthew Hirst - a salesman in a different league

Finally we met someone who took the time to assess and identify what we were looking for. Matthew was not pushy but ensured that both us the buyers and the sellers were committed to the deal all the way. What would we have done without Michael?

Excellent support and assistance from finding property to moving in

Natalie Lazzam is one in a million. Having found my perfect flat Natalie has constantly liaised with both vendor and my solicitors, chasing them up and updating me. Took a lot of work from me making the transaction as painless and trouble free as possible. She clearly loves her work and takes pleasure in finding the right home for you even steering me when she knew it wasn't right. She got to know my requirements and when I got a bit down about not finding it immediately continued to go out of her way to search and inform me when properties coming on she thought would fit. Natalie is an extremely kind and upbeat agent who never pressurised me but showed her dedication in identifying properties she thought would suit my search. She stayed committed until keys exchanged and maintained her professionalism at the forefront. A no nonsense and business approach with a personal touch with keenness to secure my new home.
