He really knew the area and market at valuation and we had 10 viewings on our first weekend on the market. Our house sold after three Saturdays of back to back viewings and they were so accommodating of our needs when it came to booking in viewers. GoogleI was lucky to meet Emily in my house purchase in the UK. I was residing in Hong Kong when I started searching for my new home in London. Under the Covid-19 pandemic and during the lockdown in the UK, I could not fly for the UK and view my shortlisted properties. It was Emily who made my house purchase possible. When I firstly left a message on Rightmove on my interest in a property marketed by Sinclair Hammelton Hayes, within one hour I got a reply from Emily. Since then she was very helpful in the whole process: She took the initiative to offer online realtime viewing of two properties for me, promptly answered every question I raised, and kept me well-informed in every stage. I am hugely impressed by her patience, professionalism and efficiency. Emily has a great sense of responsibility too. She even helped me to check my house every two weeks before I came to the UK and moved in.
It was not the first time I bought a property. I had been making several purchases when I was living in Hong Kong. I must say Emily is the best estate agent I have met in my life!
