Everyone at Sinclair Hammelton worked as a team and nothing was too much trouble. Scott Symes Sales Manager was particularly helpful and guided us through the quite lengthy process at times, as we had a few hiccups along the way. Excellent service and thank you. Of three agents we approached they were the most dynamic and came up with the best price for the property and their rates were the best too.

Agents were available to show prospective buyers the property with minimal disruption to us. Sinclair Hammelton facilitated a smooth and quick sale of our mother's house recently. From the initial visit to talk about the sales process right through to completion, they were helpful, professional, personal and thorough. We never felt as if we needed to contact them as they were always proactive in keeping us in the loop via email or a phone messages - particularly useful when you are in a job where you are not able to have your mobile on all day.
