After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different. Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager, she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries. Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!

We recently completed on a house with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley and found the agents to be very good. Our purchase was led by Freya and she was absolutely excellent for all of what turned out to be a very long journey from offer to completion (no fault of the agents). Freya was professional, dedicated, very kind, and drove the process throughout, always keeping us informed. We really feel that it might have all fallen through without her. My experience with the Bromley branch has been nothing but exceptional. The Branch Manager Emily put as at ease straight away and was very thorough when our house was brought to market. Emily assigned us to Jak Wheeler who has been our agent from the start. We went under offer fairly quickly but unfortunately we experienced difficulties with our appointed solicitor, which has dragged out the process somewhat! This caused a lot of stress but Jak has helped enormously in keeping the lines of communication open with both our buyer and the sellers of my onward purchase. Without his skills of negotiation the whole chain would have collapsed. Jak has gone above an beyond to help me drive the sale and purchase forward and I am truly grateful for his patience and for being so proactive with keeping all parties informed and even intervened with the solicitor when needed. If I ever move again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this branch and it's high standard of service.

I had a disappointing experience with Sinclair Hammelton. The team came across as quite disorganised and inattentive. In particular, Renai was late to my viewing and seemed disengaged throughout. Communication was poor; she often failed to reach out as agreed, and when concerns were raised, she was defensive rather than receptive. Misty, whom I believe is the manager, was also meant to follow up with me but took a day off without any notification. While everyone is entitled to time off, a simple courtesy message would have prevented unnecessary confusion on my part. James was somewhat clearer to deal with and was the only team member who apologised when issues arose. However, even he did not proactively provide updates, and I found myself having to chase for information throughout the process. Overall, I felt the team was quite thoughtless in their approach. I have since moved to another agency, where I have been consistently kept in the loop without having to follow up myself, something I particularly appreciated after my experience with Sinclair Hammelton.
