GoogleEven one star is too much for them, very bad at what they do, I wouldn't trust them with a wet paper bag, they cost me money, lied, back stabbed and totally not what they make out they are

GoogleI went to view this lovely property by Dean Nicholls who works for Sinclair Hammelton, Dean is very patient, polite, and professional with expertise in his field. Dean expertise as an Estate Agent, I have not seen since I have started occasionally since 2018 and periodically throughout 2022 Dean professionalism and constructive communication during the time of our viewing this lovely property in Bloomfield, Dean explained with excellent advice throughout the process of showing around the lovely home of the vendor property with efficient and effective quality of service, I have to say, I never seen since now, but Dean Nicholls you served the 5 stars for your expertise, I will never forget how polite, patient and understanding with duty of care that every buyer is seeking for the first time in buying their home with Sinclair Hammelton Estate Agents, Dean Nicholls working expertise is definitely gives Sinclair Hammelton Estate Agents reputation they definitely deserves as a company. GoogleWhen we first put our house on the market we had all kinds of problems, in fact we dismissed the first agent after one month, then we instructed an online estate agent, no end of problems. Then Russell came to see us, he seemed a lot more enthusiastic and called round again and said he could sell it within a week. After a couple of days discussing it, we rang and said we’d take him up on his offer, needless to say, it was sold in a weekend! We were then passed on to Jak, who I have to say, had a bit of a nightmare few weeks sorting things out. But his patience shone through and we can’t thank him enough for his professional and calming attitude, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Hamilton to anyone

GoogleFollowing a less than satisfactory experience with another agent, Sinclair Hammelton were recommended to me for the sale of my late aunt’s property in Shortlands. I live abroad but it wasn’t a problem - Russell took care of everything for me. He collected the keys from the previous agent, arranged an open day at the flat and by the following week I had three offers. Luke at the Bromley office was easy to deal with, always responsive and communicative. GoogleI have been a landlord for many years and was quite unhappy with my current agent. I happened to walk into the Bromley lettings office one day where I met Katie and her team. Katie was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns and offered to take over my current tenancy with the other agent. Since then I have never looked back and I am now considering buy more properties to let out. Best decision I have made for sure! GoogleLuke Simpson has been an absolute dream to work with in selling our home. From the first valuation meeting we felt well looked after and confident that he and Sinclair Hamilton would do everything they could to make our sale as smooth as possible. Selling and buying a home can be an intense and stressful process but with Luke and his teams proactive and professional response to every curveball that was thrown at us everything went as smoothly as possible . We would especially like to thank Luke for his added efforts in helping us exchange before the stamp duty holiday which with out a doubt has been a very intense if not the most intense time ever for people working in this industry. From working in the property development industry myself I know that estate agents can sometimes get a bad reputation but if you want someone who is honest, loyal and hardworking then you will not be disappointed with Luke.

GoogleFriendly, professional and very responsive throughout. Luke and his team in Bromley were a joy to work with as I went through the process of buying a flat. Although they were representing the sellers, I was able to enlist their support as the conveying process became tortuous and needlessly prolonged. They were a great help and were an important link with the sell side when we needed to get things unstuck. Highly recommended.

GoogleThank you for an excellent service. From the outset on meeting Russell I felt we were in good hands, brilliant advice, great local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Russell was very proud of his team and so he should be. I dealt at some point with everyone in team and every single one of them were professional and prompt. Selling my Dad's house was clearly a team effort. Dean was the sales person who I dealt with the most and he went way above and beyond in chasing everything down and keeping me informed. Highly recommend them.

When we were feeling frustrated and disheartened they did not give up and kept positive until we got over the finish line.
