I am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy! I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me. Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!! I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end. Aside from the amazing service, they were incredibly lovely to deal with and I noted their kindness and honest approach. Thank you so much again, proud to actually be a Landlord letting through SH. My family and I have have recently gone through the process of renting a property via Charlene at Sinclair Hamilton, Bromley and I can honestly say we have received the best service we have ever encountered from a letting agency. Over the last 8 years we have had to rent a number of properties from student Lettings to accommodation that supports working in central London and to say it has been challenging is an understatement but Charlene was so professional and it felt like she really cared and wanted to really help us find a home( not all letting agents do this as you are just another tenant to them). So we’ll done Charlene and team at Sinclair Hamilton for helping us find a home and get through the referencing with ease. Highly recommend this company and thank you.

Must be one of the most arrogant Estate Agency around. All employees are very “confident and great knowledge as they are “expert in the branch with many years experience” although, as it turned out in my case, did not know how to open the pedestrian gate from the house. They do not know the market but push their own clients with fixed budgets and pretend to bring loads of prospective buyers to your front door, all with much lower offerings but great expectations for the money they can spend. They are master in lowering constantly the value of one’s property so to fit the budget of their clients which means that every few weeks they suggest yet again a lower price. Already a very bad idea in principle. Mind you, they will not make an appraisal of one’s property just in case but also to be able , every time, to then argue that they never gave a value to the property in first place. The girls have a “call centre” attitude and work on set phrases of which “i assure you” takes the biscuit: that is not even standing on a political platform let alone when selling a property simply because the assurances are worth zero. A bunch of full of themselves individuals with a gift for selling equal to a bear at the North Pole. If you are looking to sell a property go elsewhere unless you want your property sold at a very considerably lower amount because that is what they want to do. They must have a very limited group of buyers all with a fair low budget.

My partner and I just completed our first home purchase with the help of Matt Hirst and his team. From my very first phone call to view the property right through chasing things for me while on holiday AFTER completion, Matt has been a breath of fresh air. At the point we met Matt our trust in estate agents had all but gone due to a proposed purchased that had just fallen through, and Matt more than restored our faith. On my first viewing Matt stayed an extra 2 hours after his office hours to answer my long list of questions, he chased everything, responded to everything in a timely manner and always had our best interests at heart. He was proactive in finding information that stopped our solicitors delaying exchange for 3 weeks. He picked up our signed documents and drove them all the way to our solicitors in Gravesend! He even received special praise for his extra efforts from our solicitors. As first time buyers we were nervous at times and he always remained contactable. His knowledge of property and the industry itself was first class, he would either know the answer or know a way to find it out for us. His direct report Luke Goatley was also excellent where needed and in Matt’s absence and was actually the one who handed us the keys! I would highly recommend this office for your next property purchase.

We were recommended Sinclair Hamilton by a couple of groups of friends in the area who spoke highly of them of but wanted to get check prices and test the others in the area and were glad that they were very competitive and gave us most confidence that they would achieve the best price for our property and smoothest process on our sale. Having not moved in 10+ years we were apprehensive of horror stories you hear but were guided through the process and our concerns were discussed and a plan of action put in place which gave us confidence and allowed us to put our attention elsewhere as we trusted all was in hand. The sale process was within timeframes forecasted and achieved a sale price in excess of our expectations (and that of other estate agents in the area). Our key dates for completion regarding school dates were taken on board and was processed in time to avoid any issues. Contact and updates were regular and I do not recall a time when my wife or I rang and could not speak to someone with an update on the first point of trying. In summary we would recommend Luke, Faye, Morwenna and the team at Sinclair Hammelton for a professional first class service that is more than value for money.

During the period January 5 - January 13, 2018 I have visited Bromley, Kent in UK to search for a 2 Bedrooms apartment in Bromley for me and my wife. The search process was very stressfull as the estate agencies were asking for 12 months rent in advance or 6 months rent plus security deposit and a UK guarantor which was impossible for me to find. When I address my apartment search request to Ms. Lara Harker Assistant Manager at Sinclair Hammelton lettings office in Bromley I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness of Lara. She has found an excellent property for me and negotiated with the landlord to accept 6 months rent and a security deposit. I will be very happy to write a very positive review for you and your staff on how efficient and quick you have aranged the viewing and rental of the property and the professionalism you showed on our situation while we didn't had employment you were able to convince the owners to accept us as tenants to rent their property by paying 6 months rent and security deposit. Of course due to our situation the rental process didn't completed due to family reasons however the whole process was handled by great professionalism by Lara Harker and her staff. Lara and Kayleigh were very willing and very polite to help me to find the right property and to overcome the 12 months advanced rent that other estate agencies were asking which were a lot of money to pay upfront just because we were planning to move to the UK without having an employment. The UK government needs to reduce the advanced amount of rents down to 3 months for people that are going to UK to find a job. I will definetely come back to Lara Harker to ask her to arrange my apartment rental search once I am back in Bromley. Lara is an excellent professional and very customer oriented person which is what wins me as a customer over other estate agencies that remain in typical criteria. After trying to sell for 2 years - not we must make clear the fault of the agents but rather the fickle minds of certain buyers, we felt as if we knew everyone in the office. and over the 2 years everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm . Our sale finally was handled by Matthew who was a joy to deal with, from liaising with the buyers, our solicitor, buyers solicitor and down through the chain nothing was too much trouble for him. A brilliant experience

We recently completed on a property in Bromley and had a brilliant experience with Sinclair Hammelton and in particular, Matthew, who gave us a really professional and wonderfully helpful experience. It was a brilliant experience working with Matt, going to viewings with him and getting answers to the questions we had (which was never too much trouble!). Matt communicated with us often and is a real people person and you could see he had developed really good relationships with sellers of properties, he kept us in the loop with things so we knew what was happening and when and so we felt in very safe hands. Most knowledgeable agent in Bromley!

We used Sinclair Hammelton to sell our house recently and the service was second to none. Russell and his team know the Bromley area and particularly the Palace Estate like no other agent. He pitched our price at exactly the right level and followed it up with accompanied (thank you Natalie...) viewings, after previously bringing all his sales team around so as they knew what they were taking about. After a matter of weeks we had two good offers which enabled us to buy the house we wanted. Morwhenna then negotiated a tricky path to completion but kept us informed all the way as did all the team in the office. Matthew Hirst - a salesman in a different league

Finally we met someone who took the time to assess and identify what we were looking for. Matthew was not pushy but ensured that both us the buyers and the sellers were committed to the deal all the way. I really appreciated how Matthew executed on everything he said he was going to do within the timescales expected. He liased professionally and efficiently with our solicitors and that of the sellers despite the usual frustrations that are inherent to this process.
