Excellent Service

After trying to sell for 2 years - not we must make clear the fault of the agents but rather the fickle minds of certain buyers, we felt as if we knew everyone in the office. and over the 2 years everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm . Our sale finally was handled by Matthew who was a joy to deal with, from liaising with the buyers, our solicitor, buyers solicitor and down through the chain nothing was too much trouble for him. A great plus with Sinclair Hamilton was not having to show prospective buyers around, this was dealt with expertly by them.

Most knowledgeable agent in Bromley!

We used Sinclair Hammelton to sell our house recently and the service was second to none. Russell and his team know the Bromley area and particularly the Palace Estate like no other agent. He pitched our price at exactly the right level and followed it up with accompanied (thank you Natalie...) viewings, after previously bringing all his sales team around so as they knew what they were taking about. After a matter of weeks we had two good offers which enabled us to buy the house we wanted. Morwhenna then negotiated a tricky path to completion but kept us informed all the way as did all the team in the office. I would not hesitate to use Sinclair Hammelton again and would recommend them to anyone. Perfect....

We met with several agents before deciding on Sinclair hammelton We were impressed by their professional & positive manner without being pushy. Ours was a long chain (at one stage 12 of us) & if it hadn't been for Amy Reynolds in West Wickham office I feel sure it would have collapsed. My experience in dealing with Sinclair-Hammelton

I personally met representatives from 4 local ( Bromley) estate agents and found them all to be very personable and professional but I wanted to go with the 'single' agency' route . I had to make a choice. and with due respect to all the applicants, Sinclaire-Hammelton was, for me, the obvious choice, Their enthusiasm and professionalism was very encouraging and soon bore fruit, resulting in a successful sale within 7 days of the property going on the market. Tenacity, determination and patience to manage a long chain

Our house was sold quickly and efficiently for a good price. Then the fun began. Morwenna kept our buyers on side and kept pushing at every link of the chain (up to 11) over the next 6 months. We were glad we had not used an internet agent as Sinclair Hammelton's local knowledge of the areas and agents in the chain was helpful in managing the chain. They also kept us well informed.

Glad I chose Sinclair after a sometimes frustrating selling process

Sinclair Hammelton handled a Bromley flat sale for my family which none of us could get very involved with as we lived over 100 miles away. The sale was agreed at a price very close to Sinclair's initial valuation and despite a number of seemingly unnecessary delays on the part of solicitors and other organisations we and the buyers stayed on good terms throughout the process, and we understand the buyers are very happy with their new home. Professional, excellent local knowldge of property market, high service standards.

Everyone at Sinclair Hammelton were very engaged with us as clients so we felt we had support from a whole team of people looking after the sale of our property. Everyone was prepared to go the extra mile but Morwenna Wittey gets a special mention. She was brilliant at managing a drawn out exchange of contracts period, keeping everything on track when things just did not go as planned. We bought our house of them and sold our house with them and would be very happy to recommend them. They have to compete with several of the bigger chains of estate agents but their local knowledge of the house market and their attention to service standards give them an edge.
