Fabulous company. Thank you all so much for all your patience, help and humour throughout this whole process. It’s been difficult dealing with this not only emotionally (selling the home I grew up in and have known for nearly 50 years!) but also having to do it remotely from another part of the country. The ‘comedy’ of it all - windows falling out at viewings, finding out the mains gas supply had been cut off, the neighbours’ drain flooding onto the property etc! Despite all of this everything was conducted professionally, in a timely manner and with good humour throughout. I cannot praise everyone (Connor, Josh) at Sinclair Hammelton at Petts Wood enough, but particularly I want to thank Lucy profusely, who has been a star!

We had quite a turbulent sale and purchase process despite selling to a FTB and purchasing a chain free property, but Josh and his team were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Josh and Lucy went above and beyond to keep everything on track; from navigating tricky solicitors at the bottom of the chain and dealing with an agent at the top who seemed to be spinning tales constantly, all with professionalism, persistence, and genuine care. Their communication was always proactive, clear, and reassuring, even during the most stressful moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

Having tried two other estate agents over the past two years I was about to give up selling our house in Orpington I Popped in to see Joshua Hillier-Dunstall for advice as I thought it was the wrong time of year to sell a house and not wanting ours to go stale on the Market as its been on for two years . Joshua Hillier-Dunstall was brilliant he explained to me its a lovely house and needs to be Marketed Properly to the right buyers and he could sell my house within two weeks. I was still not convinced but he said to me that they have all the risks and I have nothing to loose, I was impressed with his Enthusiasm I agreed to sign up and it was back on the Market withing days and we accepted a offer on the third week and have now completed . Highly recommend. Josh valued my house and was very knowledgable about the area and local prices. He mentioned he had a few buyers on his register who would be interested in my house, held an open day and swiftly secured a buyer for my desired price. Commutation with Josh and the team was great throughout the sale with regular updates and advice. Since day one, Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with - always super friendly, professional and willing to go that "extra mile". To start with, our house sale fell through a couple of times for various reasons, none to do with Sinclair. When it was finally sold there was a 6-house chain to manage! I recently sold my late mother's house via an online agent who use local agents to facilitate the sale. I was fortunate they chose Sinclair Hammelton in Petts Wood. The sales negotiator, Ryan Cattermole gave us an extremely fair valuation for the property. It was a complicated sale, but Ryan went out of his way to answer my questions and provide reassurance when I was having doubts for reaching completion. He maintained regular contact between myself and the buyer. This facilitated a very amicable exchange. Probate sales are always stressful and I am extremely grateful to Ryan for his help and support. Hand on heart the best estate agents that I have used time upon time in the last 16 years. Outstanding service by the exceptional team made up by Lucy & Josh. My purchase was extremely stressful due to the lack of communication and action by my solicitor. Lucy and Josh were always on hand to help pacify the situation.
