Since it's launch in November 2012, the Petts Wood branch of Sinclair Hammelton has gone from strength to strength. The office is conveniently placed on the east side of the town to make the most of marketing opportunities aimed at the increasing numbers of buyers seeking homes within easy reach of Petts Wood station. The opening of the office reunites Paul Cook with an area where he worked for many years and he is enjoying the opportunity to meet clients old and new. Paul is joined by New Homes Manager, Kathryn Sinclair; Assistant Manager; Chris Smyth, Lettings Property Manager, Molly Dunn and the admin support of Sales Secretary, Jackie Ray. Together the team has over 40 years of industry experience between them, and they understand that buying, selling and letting a home can inevitably be a stressful experience. GoogleNot a bad little estate agents their hours on the On one of the doors that come near the station are out of date. So people may waste their time coming down on a sunday, Other than that, it looks very clean. It could do with a scratch removal company. Come and have a look at the side windows, and also they do leave.Some keys laying around on Desks They do have a tag on I could not see clearly whether it had the address or not I will, of course. Add some photos as usual.

GoogleEmilia went above and beyond to make sure they took on board our needs - especially as we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent a couple of years before. Joe did our valuation, and he really listened to what we were hoping to sell the house for and ideal timelines. I can't recommend these guys enough - Emilia, Joe and Dave really were on a mission to get us a good sale and they did it before the house even hit the open market with an offer above the asking price! Emilia was fantastic with her communication, professionalism and advice, so I'd recommend her and her colleagues in a heartbeat! She personally took so much stress out of selling our house!

Below, is text from a Thank You e mail I sent in to manager Paul Cook. They are an excellent agent and to compare with other agents I have been dealing with for a purchase, they are the best! Great people and even better service. "From the beginning to the very end you and your team, especially Chris, were professional, helpful and enthusiastic. You were always at the end of the phone with advice and you persevered when the sale became difficult and we encountered problems. When you first came to value the property, I had 4 other agents also come and value for me. You were by far the best prepared. You had clearly done more research into the market and also into the target audience for the property and its type than the others. You came across humble (which many agents I have dealt with, have not) and just generally like a good set of people to deal with. You were on time, well presented and you communicated clearly, helping me to understand what I was letting myself in for. (Important, as I was a first time seller!) The literature you presented was impressive and well laid out. Again, as a comparison, others were poorly branded or at the other end of the scale, too filled with jargon and too much a salesman's tool instead of a source of information as well for the potential client. I chose you for all of the above reasons and because you stood out from the crowd. In my profession it is important for me to deal with good people, I build teams based on this principle and to me you felt like the best people. All the way through the process, Chris, who took on my sale, was polite, courteous, understanding, honest and always happy. Again, he felt like a good guy and it came across that he really cared because he took the time to know what was going on and he always knew what stage my sale was at and how it was progressing. When we had issues with valuations and buyers, Chris stayed calm and made clear to me the options I had which made decisions easier for me. Whenever I met in person with Chris he was always smiling and showed a passion for what he was doing. This can be all too rare and it was always a pleasure to do business with him. Whenever, I rang in, if Chris was not available, you would always talk to me about the progress and you took the time to ask how I was and how it was going. This was always a nice personal touch. Whenever I had to deal with other staff in your office, they were also fantastic. Again, to compare with other agents, to be told that a message will be passed on or that you will get a call back by a certain time and that happen is refreshing and well received. As I said, from start to finish, it really was a pleasure dealing with you and your team. Please pass on my thanks, especially to Chris as I felt he did a great job."

I have recently sold a house through Sinclair Hammelton, Petts Wood and was extremely happy with their services. This was a probate sale, and I needed to rely on the Estate agents to do the viewings. They were careful to lock and alarm the house and draw the curtains after each visit, and even hid the post in a draw for me so it was out the way. They got to the house prior to each appointment to open up the house etc. In my opinion they knew the local area and its market well and were able to give good judgement and guidance on the house price and negotiate a final deal I was happy with. I was regularly updated on how they were promoting the property and the feedback from potential buyers. They photographed the property well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agents or to use them again if the need arose.
