About Sinclair Hammelton Petts Wood

Since it's launch in November 2012, the Petts Wood branch of Sinclair Hammelton has gone from strength to strength. The office is conveniently placed on the east side of the town to make the most of marketing opportunities aimed at the increasing numbers of buyers seeking homes within easy reach of Petts Wood station. The opening of the office reunites Paul Cook with an area where he worked for many years and he is enjoying the opportunity to meet clients old and new. Paul is joined by New Homes Manager, Kathryn Sinclair; Assistant Manager; Chris Smyth, Lettings Property Manager, Molly Dunn and the admin support of Sales Secretary, Jackie Ray. Together the team has over 40 years of industry experience between them, and they understand that buying, selling and letting a home can inevitably be a stressful experience. However, our staff will be with our customers every step of the way - whatever the outcome. Please contact our friendly team of advisors with any sales or lettings enquiries you may have on 01689 806770. Customers seeking financial advice can also call 01689 806770.
