I have recently sold a house through Sinclair Hammelton, Petts Wood and was extremely happy with their services. This was a probate sale, and I needed to rely on the Estate agents to do the viewings. They were careful to lock and alarm the house and draw the curtains after each visit, and even hid the post in a draw for me so it was out the way. They got to the house prior to each appointment to open up the house etc. In my opinion they knew the local area and its market well and were able to give good judgement and guidance on the house price and negotiate a final deal I was happy with. I was regularly updated on how they were promoting the property and the feedback from potential buyers. They photographed the property well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agents or to use them again if the need arose.

After trying to sell for 2 years - not we must make clear the fault of the agents but rather the fickle minds of certain buyers, we felt as if we knew everyone in the office. and over the 2 years everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm . Our sale finally was handled by Matthew who was a joy to deal with, from liaising with the buyers, our solicitor, buyers solicitor and down through the chain nothing was too much trouble for him. A great plus with Sinclair Hamilton was not having to show prospective buyers around, this was dealt with expertly by them.

Everyone at Sinclair Hammelton worked as a team and nothing was too much trouble. Scott Symes Sales Manager was particularly helpful and guided us through the quite lengthy process at times, as we had a few hiccups along the way. Excellent service and thank you. Of three agents we approached they were the most dynamic and came up with the best price for the property and their rates were the best too.

After 9 months on the market and a series of "sales" that never reached exchange, I moved to Sinclair-Hammelton. The effect was immediate and their great team swung into action. 3 months later I completed. Throughout the process, S-H were efficient, kept me closely informed and a delight to speak to. You can't ask for more than that.

We used Sinclair Hammelton to sell our house recently and the service was second to none. Russell and his team know the Bromley area and particularly the Palace Estate like no other agent. He pitched our price at exactly the right level and followed it up with accompanied (thank you Natalie...) viewings, after previously bringing all his sales team around so as they knew what they were taking about. After a matter of weeks we had two good offers which enabled us to buy the house we wanted. Morwhenna then negotiated a tricky path to completion but kept us informed all the way as did all the team in the office. I would not hesitate to use Sinclair Hammelton again and would recommend them to anyone. Perfect....

Sinclair Hammelton handled a Bromley flat sale for my family which none of us could get very involved with as we lived over 100 miles away. The sale was agreed at a price very close to Sinclair's initial valuation and despite a number of seemingly unnecessary delays on the part of solicitors and other organisations we and the buyers stayed on good terms throughout the process, and we understand the buyers are very happy with their new home. Through regular contact with Natalie at Sinclair I always felt in touch with what was going on and we even managed some good natured banter along the way.

However my view of the industry has changed dramatically over the past few months during the process of our sale in Bromley. Not only was the property sold within a reasonable time I did feel during the early stages that the whole team were behind finding us a buyer, enthusiastic and professional throughout. Below, is text from a Thank You e mail I sent in to manager Paul Cook. They are an excellent agent and to compare with other agents I have been dealing with for a purchase, they are the best! Great people and even better service. "From the beginning to the very end you and your team, especially Chris, were professional, helpful and enthusiastic. You were always at the end of the phone with advice and you persevered when the sale became difficult and we encountered problems. When you first came to value the property, I had 4 other agents also come and value for me. You were by far the best prepared. You had clearly done more research into the market and also into the target audience for the property and its type than the others. You came across humble (which many agents I have dealt with, have not) and just generally like a good set of people to deal with. You were on time, well presented and you communicated clearly, helping me to understand what I was letting myself in for. (Important, as I was a first time seller!) The literature you presented was impressive and well laid out. Again, as a comparison, others were poorly branded or at the other end of the scale, too filled with jargon and too much a salesman's tool instead of a source of information as well for the potential client. I chose you for all of the above reasons and because you stood out from the crowd. In my profession it is important for me to deal with good people, I build teams based on this principle and to me you felt like the best people. All the way through the process, Chris, who took on my sale, was polite, courteous, understanding, honest and always happy. Again, he felt like a good guy and it came across that he really cared because he took the time to know what was going on and he always knew what stage my sale was at and how it was progressing. When we had issues with valuations and buyers, Chris stayed calm and made clear to me the options I had which made decisions easier for me. Whenever I met in person with Chris he was always smiling and showed a passion for what he was doing. This can be all too rare and it was always a pleasure to do business with him. Whenever, I rang in, if Chris was not available, you would always talk to me about the progress and you took the time to ask how I was and how it was going. This was always a nice personal touch. Whenever I had to deal with other staff in your office, they were also fantastic. Again, to compare with other agents, to be told that a message will be passed on or that you will get a call back by a certain time and that happen is refreshing and well received. Our house was sold quickly and efficiently for a good price. Then the fun began. Morwenna kept our buyers on side and kept pushing at every link of the chain (up to 11) over the next 6 months. We were glad we had not used an internet agent as Sinclair Hammelton's local knowledge of the areas and agents in the chain was helpful in managing the chain. They also kept us well informed.
