Everyone at Sinclair Hammelton were very engaged with us as clients so we felt we had support from a whole team of people looking after the sale of our property. Everyone was prepared to go the extra mile but Morwenna Wittey gets a special mention. She was brilliant at managing a drawn out exchange of contracts period, keeping everything on track when things just did not go as planned. We bought our house of them and sold our house with them and would be very happy to recommend them. They have to compete with several of the bigger chains of estate agents but their local knowledge of the house market and their attention to service standards give them an edge.

We met with several agents before deciding on Sinclair hammelton We were impressed by their professional & positive manner without being pushy. Ours was a long chain (at one stage 12 of us) & if it hadn't been for Amy Reynolds in West Wickham office I feel sure it would have collapsed. She worked tirelessly (regularly being in contact on her days off) smoothing problems that we were unaware of & keeping us positive. It is rare to find such a professional & concientious attitude in someone her age. A big thank you to Amy she is an asset & I have recommended your agency because of her.

I personally met representatives from 4 local ( Bromley) estate agents and found them all to be very personable and professional but I wanted to go with the 'single' agency' route . I had to make a choice. and with due respect to all the applicants, Sinclaire-Hammelton was, for me, the obvious choice, Their enthusiasm and professionalism was very encouraging and soon bore fruit, resulting in a successful sale within 7 days of the property going on the market. I would recommend Sinclaire-Hammelton without reservation . P..S. Their fees are very competitive as well!!!
