GoogleWe purchased our apartment through Sinclair Hamilton. Jak Wheeler the sales executive who delt with the sale was excellent. The purchase was complicated probate property. Five different set of law firms were involved. Jak navigated the hurdles with skill patience and tenacity. Jak went well beyond call of duty. We are very thankful for all he did to enable completion.

GoogleWe had quite a turbulent sale and purchase process despite selling to a FTB and purchasing a chain free property, but Josh and his team were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Josh and Lucy went above and beyond to keep everything on track; from navigating tricky solicitors at the bottom of the chain and dealing with an agent at the top who seemed to be spinning tales constantly, all with professionalism, persistence, and genuine care. Their communication was always proactive, clear, and reassuring, even during the most stressful moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe sold our home through Scott Symes at SH, Hayes and had a really positive experience. He really knew the area and market at valuation and we had 10 viewings on our first weekend on the market. Our house sold after three Saturdays of back to back viewings and they were so accommodating of our needs when it came to booking in viewers. Both Emma and Scott were an amazing source of advice when it came to our purchase and always had our interests at the forefront. They were easy to get hold of, really responsive to queries and gave we felt like we were listened to when it came to how we wanted to market the property. Thank so much to all the team.

GoogleHand on heart the best estate agents that I have used time upon time in the last 16 years. Outstanding service by the exceptional team made up by Lucy & Josh. My purchase was extremely stressful due to the lack of communication and action by my solicitor. Lucy and Josh were always on hand to help pacify the situation. They were quick to respond to any text, email or phone call no matter what time of day. They went above and beyond in their customer service. I can't thank the team at Sinclair Hammleton enough for getting me back on the property ladder after having to rent for the last few years. No false promises like other larger agents who are more money orientated. They genuinely care about their clients. A rarity these days.
