We recently purchased our property through Sinclair Hamilton in Bromley, and despite the process being far from straightforward, the team was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you goes to Emily and Jak, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line. Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different. Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager, she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries. Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!

Our purchase was led by Freya and she was absolutely excellent for all of what turned out to be a very long journey from offer to completion (no fault of the agents). Freya was professional, dedicated, very kind, and drove the process throughout, always keeping us informed. We really feel that it might have all fallen through without her. She was excellent at communicating with both the other agents in the chain and legal teams - if we ever needed to know anything we always called Freya first. Thank you! I had a disappointing experience with Sinclair Hammelton. The team came across as quite disorganised and inattentive. In particular, Renai was late to my viewing and seemed disengaged throughout. Communication was poor; she often failed to reach out as agreed, and when concerns were raised, she was defensive rather than receptive. Misty, whom I believe is the manager, was also meant to follow up with me but took a day off without any notification. While everyone is entitled to time off, a simple courtesy message would have prevented unnecessary confusion on my part. James was somewhat clearer to deal with and was the only team member who apologised when issues arose. However, even he did not proactively provide updates, and I found myself having to chase for information throughout the process. Overall, I felt the team was quite thoughtless in their approach. I have since moved to another agency, where I have been consistently kept in the loop without having to follow up myself, something I particularly appreciated after my experience with Sinclair Hammelton.

I went to view this lovely property by Dean Nicholls who works for Sinclair Hammelton, Dean is very patient, polite, and professional with expertise in his field. When we first put our house on the market we had all kinds of problems, in fact we dismissed the first agent after one month, then we instructed an online estate agent, no end of problems. Then Russell came to see us, he seemed a lot more enthusiastic and called round again and said he could sell it within a week. After a couple of days discussing it, we rang and said we’d take him up on his offer, needless to say, it was sold in a weekend! We were then passed on to Jak, who I have to say, had a bit of a nightmare few weeks sorting things out. But his patience shone through and we can’t thank him enough for his professional and calming attitude, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Hamilton to anyone
