Following our launch in September 2010, the expansion of the Sinclair Hammelton Lettings department has continued to flourish by offering rental services to Bromley, Beckenham, Chislehurst, Orpington, Petts Wood and the surrounding areas. Katie was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns and offered to take over my current tenancy with the other agent. GoogleLuke Simpson has been an absolute dream to work with in selling our home. From the first valuation meeting we felt well looked after and confident that he and Sinclair Hamilton would do everything they could to make our sale as smooth as possible. Selling and buying a home can be an intense and stressful process but with Luke and his teams proactive and professional response to every curveball that was thrown at us everything went as smoothly as possible . We would especially like to thank Luke for his added efforts in helping us exchange before the stamp duty holiday which with out a doubt has been a very intense if not the most intense time ever for people working in this industry. From working in the property development industry myself I know that estate agents can sometimes get a bad reputation but if you want someone who is honest, loyal and hardworking then you will not be disappointed with Luke.

GoogleFollowing a less than satisfactory experience with another agent, Sinclair Hammelton were recommended to me for the sale of my late aunt’s property in Shortlands. I live abroad but it wasn’t a problem - Russell took care of everything for me. He collected the keys from the previous agent, arranged an open day at the flat and by the following week I had three offers. Luke at the Bromley office was easy to deal with, always responsive and communicative. GoogleFriendly, professional and very responsive throughout. Luke and his team in Bromley were a joy to work with as I went through the process of buying a flat. Although they were representing the sellers, I was able to enlist their support as the conveying process became tortuous and needlessly prolonged. They were a great help and were an important link with the sell side when we needed to get things unstuck. Highly recommended.

GoogleThank you for an excellent service. From the outset on meeting Russell I felt we were in good hands, brilliant advice, great local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Russell was very proud of his team and so he should be. I dealt at some point with everyone in team and every single one of them were professional and prompt. Selling my Dad's house was clearly a team effort. Dean was the sales person who I dealt with the most and he went way above and beyond in chasing everything down and keeping me informed. Highly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service and Contactable. Luke and his team provided an excellent service when selling our property. Always willing to take phone calls during the lengthy process to reach exchange . When we were feeling frustrated and disheartened they did not give up and kept positive until we got over the finish line. Would definitely recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley if you are looking to sell in this area.

GoogleI am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy! I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me. Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!! I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end. Aside from the amazing service, they were incredibly lovely to deal with and I noted their kindness and honest approach. Thank you so much again, proud to actually be a Landlord letting through SH. GoogleMy family and I have have recently gone through the process of renting a property via Charlene at Sinclair Hamilton, Bromley and I can honestly say we have received the best service we have ever encountered from a letting agency. Over the last 8 years we have had to rent a number of properties from student Lettings to accommodation that supports working in central London and to say it has been challenging is an understatement but Charlene was so professional and it felt like she really cared and wanted to really help us find a home( not all letting agents do this as you are just another tenant to them). So we’ll done Charlene and team at Sinclair Hamilton for helping us find a home and get through the referencing with ease. Highly recommend this company and thank you.
