GoogleFreya at Sinclair Hammelton in Bromley was excellent as our purchasing agent, and was particularly supportive when our sale initially fell through. We feared that we had lost the house we wanted to buy, but thanks to her negotiations with the seller, it bought us more time to find a buyer which we eventually did. GoogleMy experience with the Bromley branch has been nothing but exceptional. The Branch Manager Emily put as at ease straight away and was very thorough when our house was brought to market. Emily assigned us to Jak Wheeler who has been our agent from the start. We went under offer fairly quickly but unfortunately we experienced difficulties with our appointed solicitor, which has dragged out the process somewhat! This caused a lot of stress but Jak has helped enormously in keeping the lines of communication open with both our buyer and the sellers of my onward purchase. Without his skills of negotiation the whole chain would have collapsed. Jak has gone above an beyond to help me drive the sale and purchase forward and I am truly grateful for his patience and for being so proactive with keeping all parties informed and even intervened with the solicitor when needed. If I ever move again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this branch and it's high standard of service.

GoogleI had a very long process buying my flat to no fault of the agent but I was always given re-assurance, facts and mediations throughout the process. Jak in particular was amazing, going the extra lengths to satisfy any requests/queries surrounding the process. If he wasn’t able to help he would always make sure someone else was there to do so in his stead. I would definitely use them again and delighted with their service!

Jak understood my need to complete on this property quickly and was always available to answer questions and liaise with solicitors promptly. GoogleWe had an incredible experience working with Connor. From start to finish, he was extremely proactive and responsive, always keeping us updated throughout the process. What impressed us most was that he went above and beyond to negotiate with the vendor and reflect our feedback and requests to get us the best deal. Even after the settlement, he continued to help us communicate with the vendor regarding property details. Truly professional and highly recommended!

GoogleFabulous company. Thank you all so much for all your patience, help and humour throughout this whole process. It’s been difficult dealing with this not only emotionally (selling the home I grew up in and have known for nearly 50 years!) but also having to do it remotely from another part of the country. The ‘comedy’ of it all - windows falling out at viewings, finding out the mains gas supply had been cut off, the neighbours’ drain flooding onto the property etc! Despite all of this everything was conducted professionally, in a timely manner and with good humour throughout. I cannot praise everyone (Connor, Josh) at Sinclair Hammelton at Petts Wood enough, but particularly I want to thank Lucy profusely, who has been a star!

They have responded very quickly to queries and kept me updated throughout the transaction. Thank you, Josh, Connor and all the staff. Same year but different transaction. Once again Josh and Connor worked hard to sell our house at a time when the market was tricky. The final piece in the jigsaw for our move to Suffolk. Thank you once again. Fantastic!
