The Trusted AgentExtremely helpful, proactive and responsive
I was looked after by Natalie in the Bromley office and she could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. Natalie and the Bromley team were quick to respond and helped me in all aspects of my purchase. They are clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable and I would recommend them and Natalie in particular.

The Trusted AgentVery professional and hard working, would definitely recommend.
I would like to say a big thank you to Sinclair Hamilton and in particular Natalie Lazzam for all her hard work in getting this sale exchanged and completed, Natalie was constantly chasing solicitors and estate agents to make sure this sale went through without delay and couldn't of done anymore to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and I would certainly use Sinclair Hamilton again.

The Trusted AgentForget everything you think of estate agents!
Selling your home is considered, alongside divorce and christmas, one of the most stressful situations that one can experience. . . Not with Sinclair Hammelton. my family's dealings with them were as painless as they could have possibly been. By way of recommendation, we also bought our home through them and didn't for a second consider using anyone else. The whole team there were calm, considerate and diligent, they also do what they say they will do! I cannot rate them highly enough and would suggest to anyone that they employ Sinclair Hammelton if they want peace of mind and utter honesty!

The Trusted AgentSinclair Hammelton Review
I bought my first property through Sinclair Hammelton during the Summer of 2015. My agent was Michael Gibbs. Michael was professional and helpful throughout. He was always easy to get hold of and kept me informed at all stages of the process. I can't recommend him enough. I also dealt with Luke Goatley quite a lot in the last few days leading to the exchange and he too was very helpful. I would recommend Sinclair Hammelton again and again.

The Trusted AgentGreat Service
Luke & Matt have both been very friendly and helpful. They rang every week to update me on progress. In my eyes that managed the sale of the property very well and very speedily. Thank you to both of them.

We can thoroughly recommend the Petts Wood branch. The whole process has been handled in a professional and friendly manner by Paul Cook who has kept us fully informed at all stages and made, what most people find a difficult experience, a pleasant journey. We have now exchanged and will be completing in a few weeks. We would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to our friends and family if they were thinking of moving.

The Trusted AgentProfessional Peace of Mind
Selling a house in the UK from abroad would normally be a minefield of hassle and dysfunction... Our agent, a very competent and articulate man, Chris, went more than the extra mile to earn our trust and eliminate our concerns. Handling everything on our behalf and communicating to us when it was needed... He has surpassed any expectation we had. Feeling safe in their hands, we look forward to exchanging soon with our buyers... thank you Sinclair Hammelton!

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
We met with several agents before deciding on Sinclair hammelton We were impressed by their professional & positive manner without being pushy. Ours was a long chain (at one stage 12 of us) & if it hadn't been for Amy Reynolds in West Wickham office I feel sure it would have collapsed. She worked tirelessly (regularly being in contact on her days off) smoothing problems that we were unaware of & keeping us positive. It is rare to find such a professional & concientious attitude in someone her age. A big thank you to Amy she is an asset & I have recommended your agency because of her.

The Trusted AgentMy experience in dealing with Sinclair-Hammelton
I personally met representatives from 4 local ( Bromley) estate agents and found them all to be very personable and professional but I wanted to go with the 'single' agency' route . I had to make a choice. and with due respect to all the applicants, Sinclaire-Hammelton was, for me, the obvious choice, Their enthusiasm and professionalism was very encouraging and soon bore fruit, resulting in a successful sale within 7 days of the property going on the market. I would recommend Sinclaire-Hammelton without reservation . P..S. Their fees are very competitive as well!!!
