GoogleWouldn't use them again . Asked about mold in a property and was promised there was none and previous clients didn't have any . Then found out this is the first time they have had this property on the market . Turns out is had mold and sent pictures through and have told them about this issue and they havnt even had the decency to reply . Staff are very rude and would advise anyone not to use this branch .

GoogleBrilliant service throughout. Found us a buyer quickly and at the right price and took the time to really understand what we were looking for and know what our ideal home on the roads we wanted would be. When there was nothing available they went outside the box and got a property onto the market that fitted the bill. We literally would never have known about this place as it wasn't on the market. And they were patient, courteous and efficient all through the process too - even when emotions ran high! Outstanding work and we are truly grateful to all of the team for making our dream move happen.

GoogleThis is the second time we have been renting from Sinclair Hammelton Bromley branch and every time we found the service to be outstanding, from arranging a viewing, to getting vetted and moving into the property. The letting team at Bromley pay great attention and care particularly Kayleigh who helped us with our current property. She was absolutely brilliant all through the process and still continues to assist us now when ever we need help.

GoogleDon't waste your time with them. We tried to arrange house viewing via one of their agents (Matt). Despite several attempts, we were constantly ignored with no communication/explanation whatsoever. Obivously they were not taking us seriously. The only reason that I could think of is that we did not want to use their mortgage broker.

GoogleGreat Service, very freshinsing to deal with people you can easily talk to and dealt with things with our best interest in mind. Gave good advise and recommendations on local solicitors and financial advisors which made for a swift sale and purchase through them. 5 star service !!!

GoogleWe used Sinclair in Bromley this year when selling our flat. The level of service was great, the team were all helpful and our particular agent Natalie was a pleasure to work with on selling our property. I would definitely use again in the future if ever needed. Thanks guys!

GoogleSinclair Hammelton have always been excellent to work with over the years I have bought and rented property. They know the area well and have built up a knowledge and understanding of the market and importantly it's people. They are excellent negotiators, achieving the right price for both seller and buyer. Sounds obvious, but this is really important in making sure a sale is successful and doesn't break up. Inevitably the UK conveyancing process brings about its own challenges and this is where it counts. When it came to selling our family home they were top of my list. They achieved the right price for our sale and helped everyone in a complex chain over several months as we relocated to a different part of the country. Added to their expertise they are also nice people. Both management and team there are super supportive of the local schools and community and this is what establishes them as such a strong player in an increasingly corporate market. I would recommend them as your 1st choice of agent, if not that then speak to Luke, Matt or Natalie and see the comparison for yourself.

The service we received from the team was excellent. As well as doing their job in a very professional way they went above and beyond to offer advice and support when needed. Unlike other estate agents our agent took the time to really figure out what we were looking forward even before we knew it ourselves. They did not waste our time with pointless properties once our aim was clear. Our agent was Matt and he was excellent, friendly and reliable. When he was off for a day the rest of the team always knew where the process was at and were just as helpful. Thank you

Scott and the team were fantastic. They managed both the sale of our apartment as well as the purchase of our new house, they had to deal with both a pretty complex sale and some very inept solicitors (mine in particular were clowns) and they kept both transactions on track.
