The team at Bromley have not only sold two houses for me recently, but have also sold us our dream house. Luke G. and his team are excellent at what they do. All of whom have been a pleasure to deal with and have certainly helped ease the stresses and strains of sale and purchase. We are so glad that we did things the traditional way as I doubt we would have completed on our new home. Had an amazing experience with Sinclair Hammelton. Matt helped us through the whole experience and he went above and beyond especially when we had a baby half way through the whole process and made buying and selling a house less stressful!

Appalling experience with SH. After signing the contract, contact from SH was non-existent, constantly let down and messed around, no viewings arranged, and were told our property is worth 50-75K lower than valuations we’ve had from 3 other agents. Now on with another agent and we’ve already had 3 viewings, just 24 hours after first meeting with them for our valuation. Steer clear of SH. Embarrassingly poor excuse for an estate agent.

We have just purchased our first home, which Matt encouraged us to view and which we fell in love with straight away! Matt was a fantastic help throughout the entire process, and the rest of the team were also knowledgeable and keen to assist. Really impressed with the overall service and would highly recommend.

My husband and I used Sinclair Hammelton to sell my late mother in law's property after she sadly passed away. SH worked really hard to sell our house and were excellent at communicating with us throughout the process. They also sold us our new house and Matt and Luke were both an integral part in keeping the process moving when the conveyancers failed to understand what needed to be done to keep to the dates that all parties had agreed to. If we were ever planning to move again (which we're not!) we would definitely use SH again.

After going through three agents previously I was dubious and wondered if I would ever sell my house for a good price. But from the start I found these guys to be proactive and on the ball at all times securing me a buyer and good price which completed after 13 weeks. I found both Luke's very pleasant to deal with including Matthew who saw my sale through to completion. Very pleasant people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
