GoogleSeemed all fine at first bit have been waiting 3 monyhs for a return of my deposit. I have been brushed off on countless occasions andd now the lady in charge of returning my deposit (louise aldridge) will not talke my calls and refuses to call me back.... Very dissapointed!!!

GoogleContacted them via email through Zoopla as well as my husband leaving his details about renting a property. We didn't hear anything for 2 days, so I tried to call again, only to be told the property was now unavailable. As I write this it still says available on Zoopla, 2 days after speaking with them and 4 days after first enquiring, with no response. The staff member was very unprofessional on the phone and didn't even bother trying to help me with any similar properties they might have. Definitely need some more training in there!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMs. Kayleigh Bushell from lettings did an excellent job letting out my property. She saved me a lot of stress and worries whilst I was overseas. She is a great asset to Sinclair & Hammelton.

GoogleUnprofessional people i gave theme my email address three times never got the right one ,went for a view the agent didn't have keys,didn't know anything about the properties ,nothing about utilities,went for a second view ,i've sent an email to have more infos and arrange a deposite ,never answer back ,i ve called them and now overnight the property i 've viewed the day before and that was avaiable has now he suddenly gone! Lies on lies just loosing time not raccomended at all Arianna

Dear Arianna, I am sorry you were disappointed with the service you were given. I understand that you went to view the property and unfortunately the lock on the main door to the property was not functioning and we were unable to gain access. We did then arrange for a second appointment for you to view but another tenant put down a holding deposit in the meantime. While I appreciate this was frustrating for you, we are duty bound to work on a first come, first served basis, once a Landlord has agreed to accept an offer. Regarding your email requesting more information, I can see that you telephoned just shortly after having sent the request, where it was explained to you that the property was no longer available. This is the reason why you did not receive a reply as the property was no longer on the market and you had been made aware of this fact. We would like to wish you the very best of luck in your future search and we are sorry that this particular property did not pan out for you.

GoogleI found Sinclair Hammelton & Choices Admin to be invisible when I needed info, or incompetent when doing some basic tasks. Botched the move in time, contract signing and move out handover. A comedy of errors. Certain Choices admin staff act like they are doing you a favour just by answering the phone. They probably just need some training. Avoid.

His persistence, timely communication and hard work is the best from start to completion! Overall, great service and pleasure to deal with. Special thanks to Kayleigh and Chris in Lettings for their awesome and professional work. Will definitely use them again.

GoogleMy partner and I just completed our first home purchase with the help of Matt Hirst and his team. From my very first phone call to view the property right through chasing things for me while on holiday AFTER completion, Matt has been a breath of fresh air. At the point we met Matt our trust in estate agents had all but gone due to a proposed purchased that had just fallen through, and Matt more than restored our faith. On my first viewing Matt stayed an extra 2 hours after his office hours to answer my long list of questions, he chased everything, responded to everything in a timely manner and always had our best interests at heart. He was proactive in finding information that stopped our solicitors delaying exchange for 3 weeks. He picked up our signed documents and drove them all the way to our solicitors in Gravesend! He even received special praise for his extra efforts from our solicitors. As first time buyers we were nervous at times and he always remained contactable. His knowledge of property and the industry itself was first class, he would either know the answer or know a way to find it out for us. His direct report Luke Goatley was also excellent where needed and in Mattβs absence and was actually the one who handed us the keys! I would highly recommend this office for your next property purchase.

GoogleI agree with a previous poster who described them as βunprofessional and untrustworthyβ. Luke Goatley, the manager, fraudulently amended our contract after I had signed in an attempt to extract more money from us. To make matters worse, once we found the original unamended contract and caught him out, he lied repeatedly in an attempt to cover his tracks. I wish weβd taken him to court in retrospect.

GoogleWe have used Sinclair and Hamilton for the second time to find a property to let. Hannah, our agent, was very helpful and she tried so hard to find us the right house to let. And she did it! We 've let a beautiful house with a large, sunny garden . We are very pleased and we highly recommend the agency and Hannah in specific.
