GoogleLuke Simpson has been an absolute dream to work with in selling our home. From the first valuation meeting we felt well looked after and confident that he and Sinclair Hamilton would do everything they could to make our sale as smooth as possible. Selling and buying a home can be an intense and stressful process but with Luke and his teams proactive and professional response to every curveball that was thrown at us everything went as smoothly as possible . We would especially like to thank Luke for his added efforts in helping us exchange before the stamp duty holiday which with out a doubt has been a very intense if not the most intense time ever for people working in this industry. From working in the property development industry myself I know that estate agents can sometimes get a bad reputation but if you want someone who is honest, loyal and hardworking then you will not be disappointed with Luke.

GoogleFollowing a less than satisfactory experience with another agent, Sinclair Hammelton were recommended to me for the sale of my late aunt’s property in Shortlands. I live abroad but it wasn’t a problem - Russell took care of everything for me. He collected the keys from the previous agent, arranged an open day at the flat and by the following week I had three offers. Luke at the Bromley office was easy to deal with, always responsive and communicative. GoogleTerrible service. I had viewing arranged at 1pm today and no one turned up. Called Sinclair and they sayinig vendor is not answering the call and there is nothing they can do. I had to drive one hour to reach the property and just had to return without viewing the property Never again!!! Stay away from this agency

GoogleI was lucky to meet Emily in my house purchase in the UK. I was residing in Hong Kong when I started searching for my new home in London. Under the Covid-19 pandemic and during the lockdown in the UK, I could not fly for the UK and view my shortlisted properties. It was Emily who made my house purchase possible. When I firstly left a message on Rightmove on my interest in a property marketed by Sinclair Hammelton Hayes, within one hour I got a reply from Emily. Since then she was very helpful in the whole process: She took the initiative to offer online realtime viewing of two properties for me, promptly answered every question I raised, and kept me well-informed in every stage. I am hugely impressed by her patience, professionalism and efficiency. Emily has a great sense of responsibility too. She even helped me to check my house every two weeks before I came to the UK and moved in. It was not the first time I bought a property. I had been making several purchases when I was living in Hong Kong. I must say Emily is the best estate agent I have met in my life! I am also very thankful to Scott for his help when Emily was on holiday. Congratulations to Emily and Scott. You are doing great in your jobs! Thank you very much!

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service from Sinclair Hammelton in Hayes. They did manage to sell our property but please be warned you shall have to put up with lies and lack of professionalism throughout the process. I would strongly avoid using them.

GoogleWe bought through Sinclair Hammelton Hayes some years ago and remember them being kind and professional. So when we came to move again we decided to use Sinclair Hammelton. They found us a buyer before going onto RIghtmove and progressed our sale up to completion giving us regular updates along the way. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

GoogleThe house purchase was smooth . The whole team is very professional and prompt. However It would be unfair not to mention Emily’s name here. She was extremely patient , informative and made the purchase so smooth I.e dealing with our queries from the seller and liaising with both side solicitors. I would highly recommend .
