GoogleAs a private landlord, I got bitten by a rogue tenant. Since leaving my house in Robin Jones's hands, there have still been problem tenants but I can honestly say Sue at Robin Jones has been superb. She has gone above and beyond every time an issue has been raised, dealing with histrionics in a calm and professional manner. She has sourced new tenants in an amazingly short period of time, sorted the usual maintenance disasters and planned maintenance which crop up in a timely manner and whilst I hold my breath sometimes when I see the number flash on my phone just in case its going to cost me, I never fail to finish the call happier than when I start it. Thoroughly recommend!

GoogleThere have been and still are many great double acts in Britain - Morecambe & Wise, The Two Ronnies, Ant & Dec, The Chuckle Brothers to name but a few. None come remotely close to the estate agency-ing duo of Amy & Amelia. Top people, top service, always at the end of the phone when you need, nothing too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Sheldon Bosley Knight and couldn’t be happier with both Amy and Amelia. The process was far from straightforward through no fault of ours or SBK, but the girls kept us up to date regularly, were super helpful and friendly. They were not the cheapest in Pershore, but we had a good feeling about the girls and we were SO glad we decided to go with them. We highly recommend them!

Nothing was ever too much trouble - from arranging second visits, to passing on our multiple questions for the vendors; speaking with Amy and Amelia was always a delight. Communication was seamless as they were both fully on top of the detail and we felt that we were guided through the purchasing process in a friendly, honest and reassuring way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I am extremely grateful to the staff, especially Morgan, who acted on my behalf to sell the cottage belonging to my late Mother. It was not all plain sailing but they kept me up to date and found ways around any unforeseen problems to be sure that the sale eventually completed. Property exchange is never easy but they always communicated with me and earned every penny we paid them!
