GoogleSeymour's always exceed expectation by a wide margin. I have used their services on several occasions over the years and its always a delight to find a friendly and helpful person at the end of the phone. Seymour's really do put many other agents to shame. I can thoroughly recommend Seymour's without any reservation.

GoogleOur first home was with Seymours Godalming, first time round they were the best estate agents for us, so we were very keen to stay with them second time around. With help from Lynne and Kim we have found a beautiful home that we love once again! Also a big thank you to Sedio who has been very helpful and patient with us! GoogleSeymours have been fantastic in letting my property, new tenants are found and signed very quickly after posting. Their professionalism follows through when managing my property after tenants have been found. Any Issues are sorted quickly by the team and i am always updated. A big thank you to Sedio, Stephanie, Kim and the rest of the team for always providing me with a great service! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a estate agent!

GoogleI would strongly recommend Seymours Estate agents in Burpham. Selling our house during the pandemic was challenging but they supported us, not only selling our house twice, the first sale fell through after we lost our buyers but securing our new home that was also on the market with Seymours. Finding the perfect family home was difficult, but Alex understood exactly what we were looking for and ensured that as new properties came to market we were one of the first to see them. Whilst our main point of contact was Alex, all the staff in the Burpham Branch go above and beyond to support all their clients. There were as to be expected stressful times but both Richard and Alex were fantastic; ensuring we were kept updated throughout the sale and purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
