GoogleWe sold our property through Seymours West Byfleet. The service was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional in showing them property through to acceptance of the offer. But I hadn’t realised just how much work is involved between then and exchange of contracts . Anna has a real gift in communication with all the parties and was vital in ensuring a successful outcome.

GoogleMy previous experiences of estate agents have not always been positive. However, the Seymour’s team in West Byfleet were excellent. They put the whole chain together and are the only reason we have been able to move house. Kirsty’s persistence in chasing the chain was admirable! We can’t wait to move into our new house. GoogleSeymour's in West Byfleet helped us sell our property. They were absolutely brilliant at marketing, photographs and pricing strategy was spot on. They even helped us negotiate some money from our purchase with a different estate agents when needed. The team were all helpful and professional. GoogleFirst Time Buyers Review - Seymours were brilliant from start to finish! From the house search, we went to a number of estate agents at the beginning with an idea of what we wanted and what we could afford, they were the only team in the local area who stayed in touch through phone and email (special mention to Luca on this) and kept us up to date with new houses on the market. Kirsty was so excellent when our offer was accepted, she guided us through the process and was always on hand to offer advice and support. They made the whole experience really seamless and easy, would not hesitate in recommending them and thank you to the whole team!

GoogleReally impressed with Seymours from start to finish with our house sale. Matthew initially came to value our property and he was great to deal with. We were originally with a different estate agent who didn’t provide a very good service. We switched to Seymours and the difference was huge. Within 24 hours, they had more people through our door viewing our house than the other estate agent had arranged in a month! This was due to the great office team who work the phones and know their customer database well. We had an offer 2 weeks later which we accepted and we were then in the capable hands of Kirsty who was fantastic. Kirsty was always on hand to answer queries, to help move things along and just generally being a pleasure to talk to. Our house purchase went through very quickly and smoothly and Seymours were a big part of that and we would 100% recommend them.

Their professionalism follows through when managing my property after tenants have been found. Any Issues are sorted quickly by the team and i am always updated.
