GoogleWent on a viewing and ask the agent if they know when the electrics were last done and they said : I DONT KNOW I said okay, do you know how old is the boiler and was it serviced regularly ? Their response : I DONT KNOW ! What exactly do you know? Are you selling a house or we are on a date? At the end we were asked if we have any more questions! Absolute joke VERY DISAPPOINTED HONESTLY

GoogleVery unprofessional. We know they used tricks by sound of urgency to urge buyers to submit the offer. Once the offer is received they took the time to play around between buyers to try to bid price higher. They let us wait for over a week and had no response since the first offer was submitted. As a serious buyer, the way that how seller’s agency communicates with us does count into how much the offer would be. So for both buyer and seller to be aware when to choose the agency. A bad communication from the agency can damp the relationship between buyers and sellers, which impacts the sale of the property. Though the agency acts on the seller’s behalf, without a good balance between buyer and seller’s interest there will be eventually no buyer willing to buy a property from the agency.

GoogleOk, not great. They sold my 1 bed flat, but initially over-valued it and I felt pressured to complete at end. The contract was also signed in shop, without being informed of waivering cooling off period. And they initially billed the upper tier fee, despite sale below agreed threshold.

The property market has been buoyant over the last 12 months or so, but there are areas of the market that have been effected by supply and demand, especially in the FTB and Investment sector which can effect values quite quickly. GoogleI spoke to several agents before deciding to list with Seymours Burpham. I found the team to be most realistic and with the best local knowledge. The sale took almost 6 months to complete due to issues with my buyer's conveyancers, but Clive and the team at Seymours kept my informed and eventually the sale happened!

GoogleI can’t praise the team at Seymour’s, Burpham more. They were all so supportive and really cared about helping us to buy our first home. They were always on the end of the phone to answer questions and help through any issues that arose. Chris helped us to find our perfect house and guided us through the whole process and I can’t thank him Adam, Clive and the rest of the team for being amazing!

GoogleI have bought a house through them and have only good things to say about their part of the transaction. The overall process in other parts of the chain was not great but Sandra, Seymour’s ‘progresser’, was excellent. She is quick, very available and always ahead of the game with her understanding of the technicalities and tactics. Highly recommended.
