GoogleOk, not great. They sold my 1 bed flat, but initially over-valued it and I felt pressured to complete at end. The contract was also signed in shop, without being informed of waivering cooling off period. And they initially billed the upper tier fee, despite sale below agreed threshold.

The property market has been buoyant over the last 12 months or so, but there are areas of the market that have been effected by supply and demand, especially in the FTB and Investment sector which can effect values quite quickly. GoogleChris Thorpe was excellent in showing us around a few houses that we wanted to purchase in the Guildford region. GoogleWhat to say when your expectations, as a buyer, are blown out of the water. The Seymours team in Burpham, and especially Chris, did exactly that. Coming from the Netherlands, we were completely new to the English real estate market and process and did not really know what to expect. Our quest to find a property to buy in Guildford was a bit of a rollercoaster ride, including sellers whom changed their mind at the end. The Seymours team, and especially Chris, has been with us throughout the entire process. The pro-active friendly approach in searching and viewing properties, ability to actually listen and match our needs with properties on the market or coming onto the market, the clear, open and easy way of communication, the continuous focus on the desired outcome for the customer (yes, even as a buyer) and sticking with us throughout the entire process makes this team (and Chris in particular) the best team for any real estate services one might need in this area.
