GoogleAfter a disappointing experience with another agent, just one viewing in nearly two months, we decided to try Seymours, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked into their modern office, we felt welcome. We were introduced to Ben, who immediately put us at ease and clearly explained what they could offer. Within two hours he had visited the property, taken photos, and started preparing the listing, and later that same day we had two viewings booked in. Ben kept us fully updated, even calling in the evening to discuss feedback and present an offer. When it wasn’t quite where we needed it to be, he worked hard on our behalf and secured the figure we were hoping for by the very next morning. We’re incredibly grateful for their proactive, professional approach and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as we move into the next chapter of our family’s lives.

GoogleWe used Seymour’s to sell our home in Merrow . I have to say they were very thorough, and there were some complications with land registry etc . Andie was particularly helpful in getting everything finalised . Would have been difficult without her excellent professional help , coordinating with buyers and solicitors. 5 stars !

GoogleWe had an unusual situation in that our buyer fell through just before we completed. So we ended up switching to a rental model on the house we were buying while we sold our house. A lot of moving parts and from start to finish, Andie in the Burpham office was amazing. She was clear in her communication, firm with deadlines and expectations but also empathetic of what was a very difficult situation with many moving parts that affected both us and the sellers. She acted as the perfect liaison between buyer and seller, returned calls when promised, helped with technicalities, managed the transition from sale to rental (and back to final sale) brilliantly. All the while she was unflappable and kept calm while all around could have gone crazy. Big thanks to the Burpham Seymours, to Tracy and especially to Andie who stuck with us and helped get the sale over the line.

GoogleAfter my mother sanctioned the sale of the family house - she then gracefully passed away. This created a conundrum about the speed of sale v the speed of probate. Fortunately, Team Chris, Nolan, Andie, Luke, Becca, and Georgia kept the plates spinning while we battled various government agencies and a lengthy chain finally completed 6 months later. Which, all things considered, was very reasonable.
