GoogleIan at Seymours was excellent throughout our house sale, particularly during the challenging weeks leading up to exchange, when we faced prolonged and complex delays. He kept us well informed, was always readily available, and played a key role in holding the chain together and securing a mutually acceptable exchange date during a very stressful period. GoogleIan and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure the sale and purchase of our property. They were able to get it on the market quickly and arranged viewings before it was even on Rightmove. We managed to sell our house within 2weeks which enabled us to secure our dream family home. They managed the negotiating and the chain incredibly well. With some inevitable challenges along the way, Ian and Pheobe handled them calmly and professionally ensuring that we were able to exchange to suit everyone’s requirements. I am so grateful for their efforts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Godalming team.

GoogleI am very grateful to Seymours Estate Agents, Guildford Branch for looking after me so well during my house sale. I was very appreciative that having not moved for 30 years I was very out of touch with the processes involved, so I had a lot of questions but was never made to feel stupid. Jules and Clive in particular were very helpful in keeping me in the loop. Louis, Charles and Charlie did a huge amount of ground work to bring viewers constantly through the door. In fact the hole were all very friendly and hard working. I felt that all was overseen by Charity, keeping a finger on the pulse and being prepared to listen to any of my requests or concerns.

I would like to give a special mention to Caroline Horlock who has the thankless task of managing property issues and recently handled a complex leak at my rental flat. Her cheerful, positive manner and unquestionable professionalism not only to the task in hand, but also calmly and diplomatically handling the affected neighbour was very much appreciated!

GoogleFrom the very first call to the day I met Jennifer for the viewing, my experience has been excellent. Every member of the team has been professional (Clair, Jacob), supportive, and easy to communicate with. Jennifer’s communication is outstanding even when she was away, the team ensured everything continued smoothly, and her absence was hardly noticeable. Everyone I’ve interacted with via phone or email has been courteous and helpful throughout. I also recently reported an issue, and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was resolved. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the outset, they took the time to visit our property, meaning they had a strong understanding of the house when showing it to potential buyers. They arranged six viewings over just a few days, and we were delighted to accept an offer we were happy with before the property even went online. GoogleWhat can I say... Absolutely great from start to finish. Seymours in west byfleet have been nothing but friendly and professional. I was shown around many apartments in a couple of hours of being with them. They collected all them together for me and they kept within my price range listening to what I need. Every apartment was of such a high standard and I accepted one the same day of viewing. I was liaising with Maddy and Charlotte who have been great. Friendly and approachable as well and making it a very easy, seamless process. Ben showed me around the properties and was happy to answer any questions I had.
